If the service provider allows multiple REGISTER contacts and simultaneous ringing, both VoIP interfaces can register periodically with the service provider. In this case, both VoIP interfaces will receive inbound calls to this shared account. The PSTN Line should be configured with a
sufficiently long <VoIP Answer Delay> before the call is automatically answered to provide PSTN gateway function.
If the service provider does not allow more than one REGISTER contacts, then the PSTN Line should not register.
Setup:
[PSTN Line]<Register> = no
[PSTN Line]<Ans Call Without Reg> = yes
In this case, only Line 1 will ring on the inbound call to this VoIP account (since it is the only line registered with the service provider). Line 1 can have the call “forwarded” to the PSTN line after a configurable delay using the Call-Forward-On-No-Answer feature with “gw0” as the forward destination. This is Call Type #5 and the voice path is (3)-(8)-(7). Similarly, Line 1 can apply Call-Forward-All, Call-Forward-On-Busy, and Call-Forward-Selective features and send the caller to use the PSTN gateway.

途的完整配置实例（A方案）
（A 方案：适用于 VSP 不禁止用户把 VoIP 账户号同时配置在几个 ATA 里（允 许 Multi-register） 的情况） 本配置经模拟测试过，初用者可直接套用。 为方便说明，以香港和美国为例 设置方法： 1、USA 的 voip 账号一个，也许免费的； 2、香港固话电话号码/线路(PSTN)； 3、香港有高速上网；
4、把 US_viop 配置在 SPA3000 的[Line1]和[PSTN Line] 两个 Tab 上，和一般 voip 设置相同。 有两点留意：
1）[Line 1]和[PSTN Line]使用不同的 <Sip Port>，分别是 5060，5061
2）[PSTN Line]中，<Voip Answer Delay>由 0 改为 12，出现了下面提到的 A-b、A-c、A-d 和 C-c 的效果。
3）设置授权密码。 打电话过程效果说明：
A 美国 A 手机打香港手机（固话也一样）： A-a: 美国 A 用手机拨打 SPA 的 US_Voip 号码 A-b 香港的 SPA 电话响铃
A-c 香港可接听 SPA 电话
A-e 美国 A 输入 PIN 加“#”（设 “1234”），SPA 内部切换到香港 PSTN 号码 A-f 美国 A 听到香港电话拨号音，第二次拨号，拨打香港手机号码 B、香港君用手机打美国的手机（固话也一样）： B-a 香港君用手机拨打香港的 PSTN 号码 B-b 香港家里 SPA3000 电话响铃 B-c 香港可接听 SPA 的电话 B-d 如果不接听， 延时（设置 16 秒）后，香港君听到 beep_beep 声 B-e 香港君输入 PIN 加“#”（设 置 1111），SPA 内部切换到 US_Voip 号码
B-f 香港君听到美国电话拨号音，进行第二次拨号，拨打美国的电话号码，拨号规则由 Dp pool 中的DP8 限制。 C、使用连接在 SPA 的电话机的拨打和接听电话 由［Line 1］下的 DP 规定。在本例中： C-a 拿起话机拨号，是用 VoIP1 拨号，可直接拨打美国电话； C-b 按“#0”， 听到 PSTN 拨号音，拨 hk 本地固话； C-c 这里有一个小小的问题，当按“#0”时，会听到振铃音（12 秒延时，3 声），然后才听 到PSTN 线路的拨号音，这时可开始拨号。这是因为[PSTN]中<Voip Answer Delay>=12，你可 以修改，甚至改为0。
C-d 按”#1”，切换到 Gateway Account 中设置的 Iptel 账户拨号。
C-e 当美国 A 拨打 voip 号码是，电话机响，可接听。（响 2 声后不接，会转到 PSTN） C-f 当本地 PSTN 电话来电时，电话机响，可接听。（响 3 声后不接，会转到 VOIP） （来源：leitany, 4193#）
