The Trust is lead by a highly experienced Board of Directors. The Board consists of the Chairman, six Non-Executive Directors and seven Executive Directors, including the Chief Executive. The Executive Directors are assisted by key individuals to enable delivery of the Trusts‟ Business. This team, the Team of Directors, is shown in the organisational chart in Figure 6.1. The Team of Directors meet on a fortnightly basis and are chaired by the Chief Executive.
Within each Division there are five Operational Dispatch areas which deliver the A&E element of the service.
