SECCION II: VEHÍCULOS DE DOS RUEDAS, TRES RUEDAS, CUADRICICLOS Y QUADS

Has He marked me to be a soul winner? Has He marked me to be a preacher?
Has He marked me to be in the ministry of helps? Has He marked me to heal the sick?
Has He marked me to cast out devils?
Has He marked me to have the compassion of Jesus? Has He marked me for holy living?
Has He marked me to love the unlovely? What has He marked you to do?
I remember when I was a little girl, we would buy a little picture book which had little black and white pictures on it. It also had tiny little dots on it, but to make the dots come to life you had to put water on them. Wet them and suddenly the color came out!
Maybe the marking for some of the things that you’ve been marked for is real faint because you have never put enough of the living water on it.
I want to pray right now for you because God has put a mark upon you. You are marked by God. You have been cut out of the herd and you have been selected to be a chosen instrument of God.
“Father, in the name of Jesus I thank you that I’m a marked woman. I thank You, Father, that there is such an indelible mark upon me that there is nothing that I can do to ever get away. Father, regardless of where I go I can never get lost from You because You can always find me wherever I am. I thank You for that. I thank You that I can
never be hidden from Your sight. I thank You that I never can be taken out from under Your protection because I keep my eyes on You. Father, I thank You as we evaluate ourselves in this closing prayer that You’re going to reveal to each and every one of us where we need to put a little more living water.
“Do we need to put a little more living water on our hands so that we will lay hands upon the sick?”
“Do we need to put a little living water on our tongues so we will win more people to Jesus?”
“Do we need a little more living water on the love that we have in our lives so that the love within us will be seen by every person we meet? I thank You and I praise You, I love You and I worship You, Father, that You made me a marked woman! Thank You, Father, that Charles is marked. Thank You for the marking that You placed upon every person who reads this book. I give You the praise and I give You the glory that we will show that we will carry that mark, that brand which You have placed upon us all the days of our lives and that we will do it joyfully, excitedly and enthusiastically all the days of our lives. Father, we give You the praise and the glory. Father, a very special thank You from this marked woman.”
Chapter 12
Five Little Words
It has been well over thirty years since five little words changed my entire life... “Frances Gardner, I love you!” As I reread this electrifying story of how I met Jesus in such a beautiful way, it reminded me of a very interesting fact.
Even though I have been saved well over thirty years I have never backslidden one single moment in word, in thought, or deed. Unfortunately many people have a yo-yo, up and down, up and down Christian walk. Mine has been a straight line which has constantly gone up and yet I discovered so many people do have those spiritually high moments and then horribly low. When they are high, they are high, but when they are low, they are really low.
Most people think that is the normal Christian life. Personally, I think mine is! People have asked me over the years why I have never had a problem in my life with God and with Christianity. They ask, “Haven’t you ever had any problems?” Yes, I’ve had lots of problems, but I have the answer and His name is Jesus. I have never changed my mind that He is the answer regardless of the problem. He is the answer to every problem in life.
There have been so many people who have told me that when they had these problems they were red hot and then got cold. I began to try to understand what my problem was. I cried out and said, “God, what’s the matter with
me that I never have a problem with You?”
I asked myself, “Why don’t I ever question God? Why don’t I ever get mad at God?” I have never been
disappointed in God. I have never questioned God regardless of the circumstances, nor have I ever gotten mad at God, nor have I ever gotten impatient with Him.
There were times when I really wondered if it was just me thinking that I had never had a problem but I discovered early in my Christian life that there were only two things needed to be successful in Christianity. One was to do
what God told you to do and the second was not to do what He tells you not to do.
For many years I have felt it is because I made such a total and complete commitment to God the day I got saved. If you remember the Chapter about my conversion, I said to God that Sunday morning (the first and only time I have been to an altar), “God, I’ll make a deal with You. I’ll give You all of me in exchange for all of You.” That’s what God gave me and that’s what God took from me. He took everything that I was, all the cigarettes, all the alcohol, all the swear words, all the dirty jokes, He took all that away from me. But He gave me all of Himself. Then you’ll remember I said to Him, “If You want what’s left of this mess, take her but take ALL of me!” I wanted nothing left. Even to this day I remember exactly how I felt the day I became a Christian. I gave everything I was to God. I held nothing back. Most of the time over the years when people have asked me why I’ve never backslidden, I have always felt that it was because of the total commitment that I made. I believe this has a lot to do with it because the only part of you that can backslide is the part you have not given to God. That will continue to backslide but what you have given to God will never, never, never backslide.
And I really thought I was the problem until one day when we were riding in a car in California listening to a tape on the Blood Covenant. It was then that the Spirit of
God revealed to me the truth of why I’ve never had a problem.
You will recall when I was in the hospital I saw the finger of God write in the precious blood of Jesus, “Frances Gardner, I love you.” Five little words that changed my life forever.
You cannot see your name written in blood and ever be the same again!
I want you to hold that fact very tightly in your memory. It plays a very important role in the next part concerning the blood covenant.
