not to exceed the valué often dollars; three hundred boards

and freeschooling
for their children.Art. 2. The subsidies referred to in the
preceding
article will be advanced to the colonistby
way of a loan. Therepayment of this loan is to be made in ten
equal
parts, in money,by
instalments at the end of each year—thefirst
instalment not to be
required
until three years after the colonist has takenpossession
of his allotment of land.Art. 3.
Any
colonistwho,
without causedulyaccepted
by
theGovernment,
shall have failed to establish himselfinhis
portion
ofland,
either in person prby

within the six monthsfollowing

Any

Congress
has discussed andpassed

resolution :Article 1. It is deolared
that,
by
the 5th Article of theConstitution, those who'do not
profess
the Román Catholicand
Apostolic Religión,
are allowed thepractice
of theirown
religión
within theprecincts
of theirprívate
residences.Art. 2. Dissenters areallowed to establish and maintain
prívate
schools for the instruction of their own children inthe doctrines of their own
respective
creeds.And whereas the
Congress
of the Statehaving
discussed the said resolution, hasnpproved
and sanctioned the same,therefore, it is
hereby
onlured that it bepromulgated
andearried into effect as a law of the
Rt-public.
