• Registration, openning and plenary sessions: Aula Magna UC3M. Campus de Getafe.

COFFEE BREAKS, LUNCHES AND WALKING DINNER

• Thursday and Friday morning coffee breaks and lunches will take place in Club de Profesores.

• Thursday afternoon coffee break will take place in the lounge area at building10.

• Walking dinner will take place at the hall of CNMC main building.

TRANSPORTATION

-From the airport to Madrid Downtown

You can either take a taxi or the subway. We advise you to use the excellent public transport system in Madrid. It is fast, well connected and cheap.

• Taxi: It should take about 30-45 minutes to downtown and is a fixed fare:

30€. Make sure the taxi driver uses the fixed fare (this is rarely a problem).

• Subway: You can also take the subway line to reach your hotel to downtown. It is cheap and well conected. You can also find information here for Metro Madrid

-From Madrid downtown to the Conference

You can either take a taxi or the “Cercanías Transit”. We advise you to use the excellent public transport system in Madrid. It is fast, well connected and cheap.

• Cercanías Transit: Take the train from Puerta del Sol or Atocha Railway Station (you can also take a train from Recoletos but you will need to make a train transfer in Atocha). Follow this logo . Look for the ticket machines.

Choose Destination and take line C-4 (Dark Blue Line) direction Parla and get off at Las Margaritas-Universidad. After a few minutes you will see our campus. For further information here

• Taxi: In case that you want to take a taxi straight to the Conference. You can either use UBER or CABIFY services. You must give the following adress to the driver:

FACILITIES Bus to CNMC

After Thursday parallel sessions the organization will provide a bus service at 17.00 to the CNMC visit. You can see in the interative campus map where to take the bus.

Internet access in Getafe Campus

• WiFi-UC3M: is an open network where no credentials (login and password) are needed and which allows web navigation without having to configure anything on your laptop or phone. This service, however, requires you to agree at every new session to the Acceptable Use Agreement. The agreement text will be displayed by opening your browser and only by accepting it you will be allowed to use the network.

• eduroam. This network allows full access to any University or Internet connected public information service.

Internet login and pasword will be displayed in the main screen at the beginning of the session

Cloakroom Service at CNMC

There will be also a cloakroom service for your coat at CNMC Building.
