• Seminar named “I Jornadas docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales” at Granada University was developed.

Main goals:

• Interchange program among departments.

4. Conclusions and Future Implications.

• Knowledgeable project:

This experience allowed sharing the knowledge that would be otherwise be unable to be shared.

• Professors started thinking and drawing special attention on their colleagues initiatives.

New collaborations were created.

• New ways of assessment were established at the School in the following year.

More practical teaching was developed.

• Theses appealing initiatives have certainly been maintained in Bolonia Degrees.

• Some professors have truly improved their mindfulness about teaching thanks to this priceless seminar.
