Los estudiantes del programa de CATA del masaje oncológico comprenden los síntomas que los pacientes de cáncer experimentan y enfocan en el masaje orientado en el confort. La investigación ha mostrado que los masajes pueden mejorar el dolor y también el humor del paciente. Los participantes de este grupo pueden experimentar los beneficios de este tipo de masaje en persona.
