KME has developed this display module for applications which require small size but need a high resolution display. This makes the kit particularly suitable for portable applications. Displays of this type are usually found only in embedded systems and in portrait mode. KME has uniquely developed a controller board to enable this display to be used with a standard HD15 VGA input and for it to be used in the more usual landscape mode.

The kits comprise 3.5” TFT panel, display controller board and USB or RS232 touch controller board. The kits are readily adaptable to be mounted in a variety of housings or enclosures, alternatively KME is able to take your design requirement to develop custom housings.

La serie de monitores LCD 29LS065(31MP) ha sido diseñada para aplicaciones industriales en el campo del control y para usuarios que requieran un monitor compatible VGA o PAL/NTSC con unas dimensiones pequeñas, alto brillo y amplios ángulos de visión. La robusta caja de metal del monitor asegura una excepcional estabilidad especialmente importante cuando hay pantalla táctil. Marcos de sujeción ajustables proporcionan un perfecto ajuste al panel de montaje del OEM.

La serie de monitores 29LS065(31MP) utiliza la ultima serie de paneles planos TFT 6.5" VGA.

KME ha añadido una versátil tarjeta de interfase Analógica-Digital, inversor para iluminación trasera y controles OSD.

Todos los elementos, incluyendo un cristal reforzado de protección, han sido incluidos en una compacta y sólida caja de metal. El resultado es una cabeza de pantalla lista para integrar en cualquier sistema, como monitor analógico en una interfase hombre maquina mediante pantalla táctil.

La serie de monitores LCD 29LM081(51UN) ha sido diseñada para aplicaciones industriales en el campo de control y otros usos que requieren un monitor compacto VGA con pequeño tamaño y alto brillo con buenos ángulos de visión. La robusta construcción en metal asegura una Buena estabilidad especialmente importante cuando se utiliza la pantalla táctil. Soportes ajustables facilitan su montaje en un panel.

La tarjeta A/D KME ha sido diseñada para aceptar un amplio rango se temporizado de señales desde 15 Khz hasta

estándares VGA, incluyendo CGA & EGA

Los controles para ajustar el monitor están en la parte trasera. Una vez ajustados no es necesario cambiarlos y el monitor almacena el último ajuste.

Las señales analógicas & TTL se conectan mediante un conector 15D. Se suministra un cable de 2m VGA.

La serie de monitores LCD 29LS081(61MP) ha sido diseñada para aplicaciones industriales en el campo de control y otros usos que requieren un monitor compacto VGA La robusta construcción en metal hace que sea ligero y robusto. Soportes ajustables facilitan su montaje en un panel La serie de monitores LCD 29LS081(61MP) incorporan una entrada PAL/NTSC además de la entrada RGB ampliando el campo de utilización a la seguridad, vigilancia y sistemas de vision de maquinas. Los conectores de alimentación y señales salen verticalmente por detrás permitiendo tener la profundidad del monitor controlada.

Han sido diseñados como una alternativa de costo reducido a la serie 51 UN que están diseñados específicamente para señales antiguas hasta la resolución VGA.

The 29LS101(61MP) Series of LCD monitor heads has been designed for industrial applications that require a compact VGA compatible monitor with good viewability. It is constructed from painted Aluminium, making it light in weight with good rigidity. Adjustable fixing brackets allow easy mounting of the chassis to a front panel.

The 29LS101(61MP) Series incorporates PAL/NTSC capability in addition to RGB, opening applications in security, surveillance and machine vision systems. Power & Signal connectors exit vertically downwards allowing the installer to take full advantage of the monitor’s 40mm depth. The 61MP series has been designed as a cost-effective alternative to our 51UN series 10.4" display that is designed specifically for Legacy Signals up to VGA resolution.

The 29LS103(71UN) Series of LCD chassis monitors has been designed for industrial applications in the Control field and other users that require a compact VGA monitor with a small footprint and a high brightness display with good viewing angles. The rugged, metal construction of the monitor ensures exceptional stability, especially important when touchscreen operation is necessary. Adjustable top and bottom fixing brackets allow easy mounting of the chassis to a front panel. The KME A/D board has been designed to accept a wide range of signal timings from 15kHz up to VGA standard, including CGA & EGA legacy signals. Set-up controls for fine tuning of the display are located at the rear of the monitor. Once set, no further adjustments should be required, and the last setting is stored in memory. It is constructed from painted Aluminium, making it lightweight with good rigidity. Adjustable top and bottom fixing brackets allow easy mounting of the chassis to a front panel.

The 29LS121(61MP) Series incorporates PAL/NTSC capability in addition to RGB, opening applications in security, surveillance and machine vision systems. Power & Signal connectors exit vertically downwards allowing the installer to take full advantage of the monitor’s 47mm depth. The 61MP series has been designed as a cost-effective alternative to our 51UN series 12.1" display that is designed specifically for Legacy Signals up to SVGA resolution.

The 29LS123UN series of Industrial LCD monitors have been designed as replacements for 12" CRT monitors now that supplies of 12" CRTs are difficult to obtain. Ease of

KME has designed a rugged LCD monitor module, of minimum width, to match the dimensions of its 12" CRT monitor chassis. The monitor is housed in a rugged metal case with rear fixing points. The 29LS151(61MP) Series of LCD chassis monitors has been designed for industrial applications that require a compact VGA/XGA compatible monitor with good

viewability. It is constructed from painted Aluminium, making it lightweight with good rigidity. Adjustable top and bottom fixing brackets allow easy mounting of the chassis to a front panel.

The 29LS151(61MP) Series incorporates PAL/NTSC capability in addition to RGB, opening applications in security, surveillance and machine vision systems. Power & Signal connectors exit vertically downwards allowing the installer to take full advantage of the monitor’s 57 mm depth. KME has developed this display module for industrial applications where an economically priced SXGA TFT flat panel monitor is required with a bright screen and wide viewing angles. The unit is constructed from painted aluminium and incorporates triple data input including

PAL/NTSC, enabling applications in security surveillance and machine vision to be addressed.

Automatic mode detection and picture scaling circuitry allow the display of resolutions lower than the 1280 x 1024 pixels native resolution.

The 29LS171(61MP) series is supplied with removable top and bottom fixing brackets and tapped M3 holes are available on both sides of the aluminium housing. The adjustable fixing brackets allow easy mounting of the chassis to a front panel. KME has developed this 19.0" Chassis model, within the popular 29LS series of LCD monitors, to address the growing demand from system builders for a monitor that is capable of displaying PAL/NTSC video and SXGA to VGA resolution data signals.

The 29LS1901(31MP) series has this capability. Two separate signal sources (e.g.Camera/VCR + Computer RGB) can be connected simultaneously and automatically switched full screen, on a Priority basis. Alternatively the video images may be presented as a “Picture in Picture” over a data image. This selection is set-up by the sophisticated OSD controls that also validate the picture zoom, flip, rotate and freeze frame features. Remote access to the OSD controls is also available via the RS232 serial port.

The 29LS1901(51UN) Series of 19.0" LCD monitors has been designed primarily for Slow Scan Legacy Systems as replacements for 20"/21" CRT monitors. They utilize a modern SXGA TFT (1280 x 1024 pixels) panel and a KME-designed Analog-Digital interface board. All elements, including mounting brackets have been

packaged in a compact metal chassis that is ready for integration into a panel or enclosure. All controls are located at the rear.

By special development of their own Signal Recognition and Scaling software, and access to an extensive library of older signal timings gained from 25+ years of CRT monitor manufacturing, KME has created a Multiscan (“Universal”) flat panel monitor with unique 15kHz to 80kHz display capabilities. Some common Slow Scan Signal timings are factory pre-set. New ones may be added on request. Other signals, which are close to those listed, will give a display but some adjustment may be necessary for full screen performance. The final settings can be easily stored for future use.

The 29LS261(51UN) Series of 26" LCD monitors has been designed primarily for Slow Scan Legacy Systems as replacements for 28" CRT monitors. They utilise modern WXGA TFT panels and a KME designed Analog-Digital interface board. All elements, including a toughened glass protection screen, have been packaged in a rugged metal housing. The AC power supply is integrated in the monitor head.

Public Information and Process Control systems may be able to use the full width of this 16:9 screen. If 4:3 aspect ratio information is displayed the picture will be the same size as on a 21.3" LCD monitor. High brightness and exceptional viewing angles make this 26" a unique solution to many CRT Replacement problems. Some common Slow Scan Signal timings are factory pre-set. New ones may be added on request. Other signals, which are close to those listed, will give a display but some adjustment may be necessary for full screen performance. The settings can be stored for future use.
