(1)O PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO NA ESTRUTURA ORGANIZACIONAL DO GRUPO PET ENGENHARIAS- UNIPAMPA CAMPUS BAGÉ. Resumo: A adoção de práticas estratégicas ao processo de gestão do grupo PET Engenharias - UNIPAMPA campus Bagé, auxilia no gerenciamento de todas atividades que englobam projetos, palestras e reuniões. O grupo tem como missão proporcionar uma formação acadêmica de qualidade, estimular a cidadania e a consciência social, de forma a atender os integrantes do grupo, da comunidade acadêmica, bem como a sociedade. No início do ano de 2018, o grupo era composto por 16 integrantes, dos cursos de engenharia da Unipampa campus Bagé: Engenharia de Alimentos,Engenharia de computação, Engenharia de Energia, Engenharia de Produção e Engenharia Química, mais um tutor. Em geral, as atividades do grupo estavam subdivididas em doze projetos, os quais englobam áreas de Ensino, Pesquisa, Extensão e Gestão. Devido a constatação dos integrantes diante da dificuldade de organizar as tarefas e atividades de cada projeto, fez-se necessário modificar a gestão estratégica atual. Assim, com objetivo de sanar as dificuldades citadas e, aumentar o rendimento e produtividade do grupo no primeiro semestre de 2018, foi estabelecido o planejamento estratégico. A implementação do mesmo, gerou resultados positivos, porém com pontos a melhorar, assim, estão sendo desenvolvidas atividades a fim de sanar as dificuldades apresentadas neste estudo e, contemplar a comunidade acadêmica, mantendo sempre o desenvolvimento constante do grupo como um todo..
