The over 56 million abor ons since the 1973 decisions of Roe v. Wade & Doe v. Bolton reflect with heartbreaking magnitude what Pope Francis means by a “throwaway culture.” However, we have great trust in God’s providence. We are reminded me and again in Scripture to seek the Lord’s help, and as people of faith, we believe that our prayers are heard. Feeling blessed, we offer great thanks to everyone who generously made a sacrificial gi to the 2018 Annual Pastoral Appeal. Your faithful support has helped our parish and brought thousands within our diocese closer to God with the ministries, programs and services funded through APA.
The 2018 final report shows $ 77,755.41 paid by 265 (of our 982) families. This is $ 5,040.41 over our goal which will be transferred to our 2019 assessment. Thank you for your generosity.
With this New Year comes the launch of the 2019 Annual Pastoral Appeal. Once again we strive for success at Resurrec on to reach our goal. We can BE COURAGEOUS as individuals, as a parish and as a diocese and Live the Gospel through the Annual Pastoral Appeal by financially suppor ng the good works done in the Name of Jesus as joyful stewards.
