Are you ready to make small, healthy lifestyle changes in your life to prevent heart disease and other chronic illnesses?

Have you ever thought about starting your own garden or expanding your current garden and maybe making some extra money? We have an Entrepreneurial Gardening Program you may be able to join for free.

There are income guidelines, so please call to see if you qualify for the Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for Women Across The Nation (WISEWOMAN) Program.

The American Cancer Society recommends a first, or baseline, mammogram by age 40, after that one should be done yearly as long as woman is in good health.
