E) MATRÍCULA:

En la Facultad de Geografía e Historia formalizará la matrícula mediante el impreso de “Reconocimiento Académico y Matrícula/ learning agreement and enrollment” de todas las asignaturas de esta Facultad u otra facultad de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

En el supuesto de que el alumno disponga de otro modelo de reconocimiento académico (learning agreement) también será firmado el día de la matrícula.

 Listado de asignaturas: Para poder formalizar la matrícula deberá previamente haber comprobado las asignaturas que desea cursar en el presente curso académico en los tablones de anuncios (1ª planta), en la página web de la Facultad

www.ucm.es/centros/webs/fghis Alumnos Horarios Curso, o en el servicio de reprografía.

- LICENCIATURA: Sólo asignaturas de 4º, 5º y optativas de 2º ciclo - GRADO: Sin límite de asignaturas

- MÁSTER: Hasta 3 asignaturas. Excluidos los másteres de (0690) “Técnicas de la

Información Geográfica” y (060G)”Historia del Arte Contemporáneo y Cultura Visual “

SICUE/SICUE-SENECA: Únicamente asignaturas de su Grado, exceptuando Trabajo

fin de Grado.

 Plazo: Deberá formalizar su matrícula únicamente en el periodo establecido a continuación:  Alumnos con estancia de 1º semestre o anual: 1-15 OCTUBRE

 Alumnos únicamente con estancia de 2º semestre: 15-29 FEBRERO

Fuera de este plazo, no podrá incluirse ninguna matrícula, asignatura o modificación de la misma.



Documentación: Impreso “Reconocimiento Académico y Matrícula/ learning agreement and

enrollment”, Certificado de Llegada, Documento de Identidad y 1 fotografía en color (formato

carnet) para la expedición del carnet universitario.

F) PRUEBAS EVALUACIÓN (EXAMEN): Se realizarán 2 convocatorias de febrero o Junio, y de Septiembre de acuerdo con

el calendario establecido por la Facultad.

G) ASISTENCIA A CLASES: La asistencia es obligatoria, debiendo integrarse en las clases lectivas, teóricas o prácticas y la

realización de los exámenes y pruebas de evaluación necesarias para superar dichas asignaturas. Ningún profesor podrá expedir certificado de calificaciones, ya que dicho certificado será expedida por la Oficina de Movilidad.

H) FINALIZACIÓN DE ESTUDIOS: Se enviará directamente a su Universidad Certificado original de calificaciones (Transcript

of Records) con todos los estudios realizados en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Antes de partir hacia su país: Deberá entregarnos el Certificado de Final de Estancia para su firma.

E) ENROLMENT:

In the Erasmus Office at Geography and History Faculty the students will sign for the subjects through the sheet “ Reconocimiento Académico y Matrícula/learning agreement and enrolment”

If the student has another learning agreement from their faculty, it will be signed as well.

 List of subjects: To enrol in the courses, the student will have to have checked previously in the notice boards or in the web site of this faculty: www.ucm.es/centros/webs/fghis Alumnos Horarios Curso or in the reprography service, all the

subjects they want to study. Subjects that you can taught in Geography and History:  LICENCIATURA (degree)- Only 4th

and 5th year (and optionals of 2nd period)

 GRADO/Grade (without limit)

 MASTER (max. 3 subjects) (are excluded master the subsequent master: “(0690) “Técnicas

de la Información Geográfica”” and (060G)”Historia del Arte Contemporáneo y Cultura Visual”)

 FROM OTHER FACULTY: 4 for semester or 2 annual. Those subjects have to be studied at the same faculty.

 Students with stay of first semester or annual: 1-15 October

 Students with stay of second semester only: 15-29 february

F) EXAMS: There will be 2 exams: February or June, and September (this last exam will be request by the student during first week of September)

G ATTENDANCE AT CLASSES: Attendance at lectures is compulsory, the students will have to integrate themselves into the classes, theoretical or practical ones, and they will have to do all exams and works which are necessary to pass the subjects on which the student is enrolled. Any professor will write down any personal grade’s certificate. Every grade’s certificate will only be done by the Erasmus’ office staff.

H) END OF TERMS: ACADEMIC YEAR/SEMESTER: A complete grade’s certificate will be addressed to the student’s coordinator

by email, filled in with all the subjects studied at the Complutense University and the grades got in each subject.

Before the student’s return to their countries of origin: The student will have to give us the end of studies’ certificate to be

signed and stamped by the mobility’s staff.
