ADDENDUM TO THE PROPOSAL FOR PROVISIONAL RESOLUTION OF THE PROGRAM “PROMOTION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FOREIGN
COMPANIES” OF INVEST IN SPAIN

With this publication, the Technology Fund Unit of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones/INVEST IN SPAIN:
a) Once that the deadline for presenting allegations to the technical assessment is finished, and those allegations have been solved by the competent body. b) And once that enlargement of the budget is been approved in € 1,500,000
(increasing the final amount of the call up to € 3,500,000)
Have elaborated a Provisional Resolution concerning the call for aid 1/2014, pursuant to the provisions of article thirteen of that notice.
The proposal for temporary resolution includes the “Provisional Eligible Project List”, “Provisional Ineligible Project List” and the “Unapproved Project List”.
Applicants included in the “Provisional Eligible Project List” are given a period of ten working days from receipt of the notice sent by postmail to accept or reject the proposed aid, and to provide the required documentation
The projects included in the “Provisional Ineligible Project List”, despite having met the requirements and exceeded the minimum threshold established by the assessment criteria of the call, have not been included due to budget constraints. In the case that any of the beneficiaries of provisional list renounce their aid, assistance may be granted to the applicant or applicants next in line in the list of ineligible projects.
