Easyfit es el mecanismo innovador sobre la base de la maneta de fácil desmnontaje para realizar la operación de ajuste del casquillo de la bola. La maneta inovadora
se compone de un dado central acoplado de forma fija al eje de maniobra y un mango que se puede extraer del dado con una operación simple.

La maneta también puede ser utilizada como una herramienta para el desmontaje, montaje o ajuste del soporte de los asientos de la bola. Para esta función, una vez superada (válvula cerrada) el asa del dado, debe introducir las dos pestañas de la parte superior en el soporte oportuno y proceder a atornillar o destornillar el mismo soporte.
FIP has extended Easyfit valve line developed with Giugiaro Design realizing the completion of the range with the new ball valves VEE Large Bore. The range VEE DN 65÷100 further evolves the Easyfit system by applying innovative concepts to the valve handle.
Easyfit System
Easyfit System is the innovative mechanism based on the quick release of the multifunctional handle to carry out the ball seat carrier adjustment.
The innovative handle, is composed by a central hub fixedly coupled to the valve stem and by a double spoke grip that can be released from the hub with a simple operation.

The handle can also be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier. For this function, once removed (with closed valve) the handle from the hub enter the two upper protrusions into the appropriate slots of the seat carrier to screw or unscrew it.

La válvula de bola VEE DN 65÷100 Easyfit ha sido diseñada utilizando el análisis de elementos terminados de tensión y deformación (FEM) y está fabricada en PVC-U K62, utilizando la más nueva tecnología de moldeado por inyección. Esta válvula garantiza presiones de ejercicio hasta 16 bar a 20ºC según la
norma ISO 9393 y conforme a la Directiva Europea 97/23/CE para herramientas a presión PED, certificada por el Instituto Pascal (1115). La parte superior del cuerpo de la válvula está diseñado para la instalación de accesorios o actuadores a través del kit PowerQuick Easyfit de FIP.

La VEE DN 65÷100 Easyfit está equipada con asientos de bola roscados al cuerpo de la válvula. El ajuste y el desmontaje de los asientos se pueden efectuar de forma fácil con ayuda de la herramienta extraíble de la maneta multifuncional. El bloqueo de seguridad junto a la doble junta tórica en el eje, aseguran un manejo y operación segura de la válvula. La alta calidad de la superficie
de la esfera, mecanizada con maquinas CNC, en combinación con el optimizado perfil de los asientos de bola de PE y los anillos antifricción de PTFE situados en la base del eje, garantizan una reducción global de la fricción, dándole a la válvula un par de giro excepcionalmente bajo, incluso en condiciones duras.
Los asientos de bola de PE y las juntas tóricas de EPDM son adecuados para el uso de agua y otros fluidos compatibles.

The VEE DN 65÷100 Easyfit is equipped with adjustable ball seat carrier screwed on the valve body.
The adjustment and removal of the support itself are easily carried out through the use of multifunctional handle.
The safe blocked carrier, together with the double O-ring on the valve stem, ensures adequate security during all operations.
The high surface finishing of the ball realized with CNC machining centers, combined with the optimized profile of PE ball seats and the PTFE
anti-friction disc located at the base of the valve stem, guarantee the overall reduction in friction giving the valve an exceptionally low torque even in tough operating conditions.
The PE ball seat seals and O-ring in EPDM, are suitable for conveyance of water and other fluids

VEE Easyfit
It is often necessary to customize a valve by labelling or tagging it in order to mark and identify it according to specific needs.
VEE Easyfit valves are indeed prepared to use Easyfit Labelling System. The grey standard service plug can be replaced with a special plastic, water resistant module.
The module housed in the valve body, is made by a transparent PVC service plug and a white circle tag holder, FIP branded on one side.
The tag holder is embedded in the plug and can be easily removed to be used for self labelling on its blank side. Self labelling can be done in several ways, but we recommend to create custom labels using the Easyfit
Labelling System. Our Easyfit Labelling System is a complete product line developed to customize each single valve and includes all the tools for the personalization: LCE module, LSE set and the dedicated software. For all details please refer to Easyfit Labelling System section. FILTER BACK WASH

El Software
Easyfit Labelling System, con su programa intuitivo, hace de la creación de las etiquetas una operación simple y rápida, consistiendo en sobreponer el texto o la imagen y permitiendo también importar datos de una hoja de cálculo. Una función de adaptación del texto permite, además, verificar eventuales excesos del texto digitalizado respecto a la medida de las etiquetas. Gracias al procedimiento guiado de calibración resulta simple efectuar la impresión de la etiqueta con cualquier impresora de chorro de tinta e inyección. Una vez estampada, las etiquetas están listas para colocarse en la placa de PVC-U blanca para insertar en el interior del tapón de protección transparente; las etiquetas quedarían así protegidas del ambiente y del uso y desgaste diario.
The Software
Easyfit Labeling System, with the user friendly software tool makes label creation simple and fast.
The software allows you to overlay text and images as well as to import data from spreadsheets.
Several text control functions give you the chance to digit different texts in different positions always checking the result on the label preview.
The printers setting wizard makes simple to print labels using any common Inkjet printer.
Once printed, the labels are ready to be applied on the white PVC-U tag holder and embedded into the transparent service plug. The custom labels are thus protected in outdoor installation and from daily wear out.

Para utilizar el sistema de etiquetado Easyfit Labelling Systems, las válvulas Easyfit pueden alojar en la maneta un tapón de protección de PVC-U transparente en el cual se encuentra insertada una placa porta etiquetas de color blanco realizada también en PVC-U. El tapón de protección transparente y la placa porta etiquetas son de serie en el modelo VXE y SXE Easyfit y son opcionales para el modelo VEE Easyfit. El tapón y la placa se encuentran disponibles para todos los diámetros desde d16 hasta d110 para los modelos VEE y VXE y desde d32 hasta d63 también para los modelos SXE. Las etiquetas autoadhesivas Easyfit ya personalizadas van pegadas sobre la placa en base a las exigencias específicas.

To take advantage of Easyfit Labeling System, Easyfit valves are designed to house the LCE plastic module made by the transparent PVC service plug and the white PVC tag holder embedded in it. The LCE module (transparent plug and tag holder) is factory assembled on VXE and SXE Easyfit valves while can be ordered separately for VEE Easyfit model. LCE module is available for diameters from d16 to d110 for VEE and VXE models and from d32 to d63 for SXE model.
Easyfit customised labels have to be applied on the tag holder according to specific needs.

Personalización e impresión de etiquetas Las etiquetas para la personalización de las válvulas Easyfit se realizan sobre papel A4 de polietileno blanco autoadhesivo. Los papeles, no higroscópicos, son aptos para las impresoras normales de chorro de tinta e inyección y para todas las válvulas está disponible el correspondiente paquete que permite personalizar hasta 500 válvulas. En todos los paquetes se incluye el CDRom con el software para la composición de las etiquetas y la gestión de las impresoras.

Easyfit LSE set contains circle labels die cut on white polyethylene self-adhesive A4 sheets and a CDRom with the label creation and printer management software. The non hygroscopic sheets are suitable for normal inkjet printers and for each valve size there is available a special packaging that allows you to customize up to 500 valves.

PowerQuick Easyfit
Soporte para motorización. PowerQuick Easyfit está
hecho de polímero PP-GR y está construido por una parte superior, extraíble, para permitir un rápido montaje y desmontaje del actuador, taladrada según ISO 5211 (F05-F07) y una parte inferior que encaja perfectamente en la parte superior del cuerpo de la válvula. El módulo PowerQuick Easyfit se suministra completo con tornillos de fijación y el eje de adaptación.
PowerQuick Easyfit is made of PP-GR technopolymer.
It consists of an upper part, removable to allow quick mounting and dismounting of the actuator and drilled according to ISO 5211 (F05-F07),
and a lower part perfectly matching the top shape of the valve body. PowerQuick is supplied with the fixing screws and stem adapter.
