Tulare InterModal Express (TIME) operates 7 bus routes that serve Tulare and Visalia. TIME connects with Tulare County Area Transit (TCaT), and Visalia Transit (VT).

El servicio de paratránsito complementario Dial-A-Ride se proporciona a las personas mayores de 65 años de edad, a personas discapacitadas y a los titulares de tarjeta de Medicare dentro de una radio de ¾ de milla a lo largo del servicio de ruta fija. El servicio de origen a destino se proporciona a menos que se conceda una solicitud de modificación razonable.
