Abstract
The penetration behavior of teaching is the most important and basic way of mental health education, and psychological education is increasingly becoming an important factor to promote students' all-round development. As an applied language, English can promote students' open and positive emotions in the process of communication. Personalized learning and communication based on computer English training platform has gradually become an important way of English curriculum innovation and reform. Based on the computer English training platform, this paper explores the penetration effect of mental health into English learning. The results show that oral English or situational exercises are helpful to enhance students’ psychological identity, thus providing an important way to create positive mental health. Compared with traditional English teaching, training and education for college students through English training platform has a deeper penetration of mental health guidance. This paper analyzes the problems in the current computer English training platform and gives corresponding strategies. The research here will provide theoretical basis for the research on the penetration of mental health into teaching.

INTRODUCTION
Education is an important way to cultivate good mental health and psychological quality. The sound development of mental health is the internal foundation for promoting harmonious development and the internal demand for all-round development (Hantsoo, Podcasy, Sammel et al., 2017). In the process of education, subject penetration is an important way to guide mental health and professors and students will consciously use psychological theories and technologies of learning to improve learning cognition, affection and level (Hegarty & Tarzia, 2016; Cavanagh, 2010). For a long time, English learning has been a psychological burden for

many English learners. Some researchers have found that students with certain basic knowledge of English still reject English learning psychologically. Eventually, the increasingly difficult learning materials make students gradually lose their interest in English learning (Ferrari, Ahmad, Shakya et al., 2016). Through teaching, it is found that many problems of students in the process of English learning are hidden, and many positive psychological factors have not been developed and cultivated, which is not conducive to the development of mental health (Ferrari, Shakya, Ledwos et al., 2017).
With the rapid development of computer network technology, MOOC and online course education are rapidly applied to classroom education or trainings. The English training platform based on computer network provides opportunities for students to learn English, and personalized teaching methods also attract a large number of learners to participate
XINWEN BI,MIN ZHANG 1009
(Mohammadi, Rezaeidehaghani, Mehrabi et al., 2016; Bhugra, Gupta, Bhui et al., 2015). At present, promoting the development of teaching by relying on computer information technology has become an inevitable trend to adapt to the trend of social informatization. Learning based on computer English training platform breaks through the space-time constraints in traditional
teaching, adapts to the psychological
characteristics of students growing up together with informatization, and is beneficial to the positive mental health of learners (Graaf & Snowden, 2018). The improvement of mental health level can enhance the effectiveness of English learning, penetrate mental health into English learning, and guide students to learn better English learning methods through hierarchical teaching (Snowden & Mcclellan, 2013). Based on the computer English training platform, this paper explores the penetration of mental health into English learning. The research here will provide a theoretical basis for the research on the penetration of mental health into subject teaching.
INVESTIGATION ON THE PENETRATION OF MENTAL HEALTH GUIDANCE IN ENGLISH TEACHING
At present, there is no authoritative theory on the penetration concept of mental health
education. In English teaching, teachers use the mental health education resources contained in the curriculum to organically and moderately integrate the mental health education content
by setting corresponding mental health
education goals, so as to enhance students' learning motivation and healthy psychology (Rapado-Castro, Pazos, Fañanás et al., 2015). The criteria of mental health include normal intelligence, healthy mood, sound will, complete personality and harmonious interpersonal relationship. The criteria of mental health change with the growth of environment and age (Werner & Stawski, 2012). There are many positive factors in human nature. Positive psychology has important enlightenment to mental health education in schools and colleges. Mental health education in schools and colleges from the perspective of positive psychology is positive psychological education (Calpin, 2017).
Middle school students and college students in China have more or less mental health problems. Some researchers have found that
English teaching is conducive to the
improvement of the overall level of students' mental health and also to the improvement of their own academic performance (Baumeister, Reichler, Munzinger et al., 2014). Figure 1 shows the survey results of the most important methods of mental health education.

Difficult to create a good classroom psychological environment
It can be clearly seen that teaching has the greatest permeability, followed by curriculum setting, which means that English teachers recognize the significance of the penetration of English subject guidance into mental health. Figure 2 shows the problems faced by the
penetration of mental health education
guidance in English teaching. It can be clearly seen that the first problem is the lack of knowledge and skills in mental health education; secondly, it is difficult to find a reasonable teaching method to penetrate mental health education, it is hard to integrate knowledge, ability and mental health education, and it is difficult to analyze teaching materials and find the entry point to penetrate mental health education. The objectives of penetrating mental health education in English teaching are not clear. From the analysis of English education
objectives, English teachers and English
education platforms are aware of the
importance and necessity of English training for penetration behavior of mental health guidance, and it is difficult to implement the penetration behavior of mental health guidance in this process.
CASE DESIGN OF PENETRATION BEHAVIOR OF MENTAL HEALTH GUIDANCE BASED ON COMPUTER ENGLISH TRAINING PLATFORM
Objectives and subjects of the experiment In order to explore the penetration behavior of mental health guidance on computer English training platform, this paper adopts two methods such as actual measurement research and questionnaire. In this paper, the indexes to measure mental health refer to the actual measurement table of mental health problems, including maladjustment, emotional instability,
obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety,
paranoia, psychological imbalance, learning pressure, etc. The lower the evaluation value is, the higher the mental health level is, and the stronger the penetration behavior of the guidance is. The subjects of this study are all students from a college in Changsha. Table 1 is the basic information of the subjects. The traditional English teaching is taken as the control group, and the experimental group adopts innovative mixed teaching methods (traditional English teaching + computer English training platform). This study explores the influence of mental health from the English level and grade factors of the subjects respectively.

Figure 3 shows the educational way for the computer English training platform to penetrate mental health. The English training platform
mostly provides English exercises and English texts. English is an applied subject, and English oral English or situational exercises help students to enhance their psychological identity, thus providing an important way to create positive mental health.

It can be clearly seen that the scores in mental health problems of the students using English training platform are lower than those of the control group, which shows that the use of English training platform has a positive effect on the mental health of college students, and the
English training platform has obvious effects in the penetration of training and education into mental health guidance for college students. Figure 5 shows the influence of various factors on mental health.

Figure 5 (a) shows the English level factor. It can be clearly seen that with the increase of English level, the lower the scores of mental health in the dimensions of maladjustment, emotional instability, anxiety and learning pressure are, the higher their mental health level is; the higher the English level is, the stronger the penetration behavior of mental health in the training process is. Figure 5 (b) shows the grade factor. The higher the grade is, the lower the penetration behavior of English training platform to mental health guidance is, mainly because with the increase of grades, students learn deeper English learning content and show more serious unhealthy psychological emotions. Therefore, computer English training platform should pay more attention to the penetration behavior of mental health guidance for senior students.
PROBLEMS AND IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES OF MENTAL HEALTH GUIDANCE PENETRATION BEHAVIOR IN ENGLISH TRAINING PLATFORM
English teaching and learning based on computer network platform has become the trend of English teaching and learning in the
future. This method adapts to students' learning methods with mobile phones as carriers and is an important way to innovate English education reform. English teaching on the English training platform is mainly divided into English texts, English exercises and English works, and mental health education is extremely rich. Students' preference for English training content is directly related to students' interest and input in learning English, thus affecting the penetration of mental health. Figure 6 shows the problems existing in the penetration behavior of health guidance in English training platform. The most important reason is that teachers fail to develop penetration power and lack positive and healthy psychological quality. Secondly, they fail to accurately grasp the psychological factors of
English teaching content. Thirdly, the
penetration behavior method of mental health guidance is inflexible and simple, and lacks the participation of students. In the training platform, teachers give monotonous and superficial evaluation, have less interaction with students, and lack motivation to students and a healthy and active classroom psychological atmosphere.

Encourage students' physical and mental health development through platform interaction
At present, the compute-based English training platform has many shortcomings in the penetration behavior of mental health guidance. Figure 7 shows the reasons for the problems in the penetration behavior of mental health guidance on the English training platform. As a linguistic subject, English curriculum only pays attention to the teaching of knowledge and ability in the process of education and teaching, ignoring the psychological function of English. Secondly, the education platform does not attach attention to the training of teachers' mental health education. English learning is instrumental and humanistic, and has extremely high humanistic and ideological values. For Chinese students whose mother tongue is Chinese, they must first obtain psychological identity in English learning. English learning aims at oral communication, which can express the inner world of the students in the process of communication. Figure 8 is an improvement strategy for the penetration behavior of mental health education guidance on the English training platform. The education platform should establish the awareness of educating
people and effectively shoulder the
responsibility of mental health education; actively create the atmosphere of mental health education based on computer English training platform; dig deeply into English textbooks and make full use of the mental health education content contained herein; take the English training platform as carrier to cultivate learners' good psychological quality; encourage students' physical and mental health development through the interaction on the platform.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on the computer English training platform, this paper explores the penetration of mental health into English learning. The specific conclusions are as follows:
(1) From the analysis of English education
objectives, English teachers and English
education platforms are aware of the
importance and necessity of English training for the penetration behavior of mental health guidance, and it is difficult to implement the penetration behavior of the guidance in this process.
(2) The use of English training platform has a positive effect on the mental health of college students, and the English training platform has obvious effects in the penetration of training and education into mental health guidance for college students. However, the computer English training platform should pay more attention to the penetration behavior of mental health guidance for senior students.
(3) Students' preference for English training content is directly related to students' interest and input in learning English, thus affecting the penetration of mental health. The education platform should establish the awareness of educating people, effectively shoulder the responsibility of mental health education, actively create the atmosphere of mental health education, and encourage students' physical and mental health development through the interaction on the platform.
