3.- SUMILLA:
Asignatura que corresponde al área de formación básica, es de naturaleza teórico-práctico. Su propósito es valorar el inglés como idioma universal e instrumento indispensable para el desarrollo profesional de toda persona, involucra el desarrollo de la comprensión de mensajes escritos y orales, proporcionando los elementos estructurales necesarios para tal fin en un nivel básico. Comprende las siguientes unidades temáticas: I. Maneja adecuadamente las 3 formas del Present of Be: AM-IS-ARE en oraciones afirmativas, negativas y preguntas – respuestas. Construye frases cortas con el Simple Present manteniendo el orden en la estructura gramatical de cada una de ellas. II. Identifica con exactitud las formas del Past of Be: WAS-WERE en frases cortas y sencillas. Establece diferencias de estructura gramatical en situaciones pasadas y presentes. III. Construye oraciones haciendo uso del Present Continuous formando párrafos pequeños. Usa correctamente los Object Pronouns: IT-THEM en conversaciones y textos sencillos, mejorando la fluidez al hablar. IV. Construye correctamente algunas frases con algunas actividades que se realizarán en el futuro. Establece la diferencia en el uso del There is / There are, en la lectura de algunos textos sencillos.

6. SISTEMA DE EVALUACIÓN
La evaluación será permanente e integral, reflejando el desarrollo de las capacidades y competencias. Se deberá considerar para promediar las prácticas y exámenes:
a) La evaluación conceptual mediante las pruebas escritas.
b) La evaluación procedimental mediante las intervenciones orales en clase, prácticas calificadas, pruebas de ejecución, trabajos individuales y/o grupales, control de las tareas, presentación de cuadernos, fólderes y otros.
c) La evaluación actitudinal utilizando fichas de observación del estudiante, su presentación, comportamiento, responsabilidad, respeto, iniciativa y relaciones con sus compañeros.
d) Se exige al estudiante como mínimo el 70 % de asistencia regular y continua a clases. Un número de inasistencia mayor al 30 % significará la desaprobación inmediata en la asignatura.
e) Forman parte del promedio final de evaluación dos tipos:
