Phase Two Protocols for Public Liturgies
As you may already know Bishop Sis has established new
protocols for the response to the pandemic of the Corona Virus.
The basic changes include:
a. Masks are no longer required but strongly encouraged.
However, Eucharistic Ministers are required to wear masks as
they distribute the Body of Christ.
b. When a celebration of the liturgy is taking place within the
main body of the Church, every pew is available to be used with
at least three feet separation between each family group or of
the same household.
The changes will take place immediately; however, these
changes still do not allow a 100% participation of all parishioners
of Our Lady of Guadalupe. In other words, we will still be forced
to "close the doors" once we have reached the allotted number
permitted in the Church building for the celebration of the
Eucharist. For that reason, I have made the decision to continue
the Parking Lot Masses until we are allowed full participation in
the Church. I realize there are several who disagree with me, but
the reasoning behind my decision is to accept everyone who has
the desire to worship and received the Body of Christ.
Also if you are wanting to schedule a special celebration such
as a Wedding or Quinceañera or if a funeral liturgy is needed
you still have the option to celebrate the service in the Shrine to
Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Please continue to pray for the elimination of this virus that
has changed the way we interact with one another.
Como ya sabrá, el Obispo Sis ha establecido nuevos protocolos
para la respuesta a la pandemia del Virus Corona. Los cambios
básicos incluyen:
a. Ya no se requieren cubre bocas, pero se recomienda
encarecidamente. Sin embargo, se requiere que los Ministros de
la Eucaristía usen cubre bocas mientras distribuyen el Cuerpo
de Cristo.
B. Cuando se lleva a cabo una celebración de la liturgia
dentro del cuerpo principal de la Iglesia, cada banco está

Tripple C Home Health is excited to announce that

Mi devoción al Rosario empezó cuando viví mi retiro de ACTS, hace seis años.
Tengo rezándolo cuatro años, pero aprendí a rezarlo desde niña, mi madre es una
persona que lo reza todos los días, ella nos llevaba a la iglesia a mis hermanos y a
mí, todos los días del mes de mayo y en diciembre en las posadas. En el mes de
mayo le ofrecíamos flores a la Virgen. Las señoras del pueblo, Placer de
Guadalupe, Chihuahua, nos regalaban las flores de sus jardines todo el mes. Hoy
por hoy me gusta rezar el rosario porque es la arma más valiosa que tenemos
nosotros los cristianos para derrotar el mal (satanás). Cada vez que lo rezamos la
Virgen intercede ante su Hijo y Dios por nuestras necesidades. Gracias al rosario
eh recibido muchas gracias, una de ellas es cuando pongo el rosario en YouTube
escuchado a mi esposo e hijos rezarlo junto conmigo, también cuando viajamos lo rezamos en la
troca. Aprendí que si doblamos rodilla, al rezarlo las gracias que Dios tiene para cada uno de
nosotros, Dios no las da por medio del rosario; así que yo los invito a rezarlo diario. Si no saben
cómo rezarlo busque en google, en YouTube ahí nos enseña como rezarlo, en la iglesia también
tienen formatos para aprender como rezarlo. Hoy por hoy le doy gracias a mi Madrecita Santa por
todas las intercesiones que ha hecho en mi vida y la de mi familia ante los ojos de su Hijo Jesús y
Dios. ¡¡Dios es Bueno Todo el Tiempo!! ¡¡Todo el Tiempo Dios es Bueno!

My devotion to the Rosary began when I lived my ACTS retreat, six years ago. I have been praying it
for four years, but I learned to pray it since I was a child, my mother is a person who prays it every
day, she took my brothers and me to church, every day of the month of May and in December in
the posadas. In the month of May we offered flowers to the Virgin. The ladies of the town, Placer de
Guadalupe, Chihuahua, gave us the flowers from their garden all month long. Today I like to pray
the rosary because it is the most valuable weapon that we Christians have to defeat evil (Satan).
Every time we pray the Virgin intercedes before her Son and God for our needs. Thanks to the
rosary, I have received many graces, one of them is when I put the rosary on YouTube, I have heard
my husband and children pray it together with me, also when we travel we pray it in the truck. I
learned that if we bend our knees, when we pray the graces that God has for each one of us, God
does gives them through the rosary; so I invite you to pray it daily. If you do not know how to pray
it, search in google, on YouTube it teaches us how to pray it, in the church they also have formats
to learn how to pray it. Today I thank my Blessed Mother for all the intercessions that she has made
in my life and that of my family in the eyes of her Son Jesus and God. God is Good All the Time!!

outside event you would be welcome to shake your
groove thing--dance with one another. The drawing will
take place between 7:00 - 7:30 depending on all that is
taking place at that time. Come out and have a blast!
Remember on that day (May 30) wherever you go, wear
your parish T-Shirt to show the unity we have here at OLG.
