As we begin the holiest week of the year I can’t help but think about last year’s holy week that was filled with suf-fering, uncertainty, and fear. Our churches were closed for public celebration of the feasts that are so precious to us, and many of our family and friends were suffering from the ef-fects of the coronavirus or were called home by our Lord due to the illness.
We know what suffering is, many of us more than others; however, after great suffering and trial comes peace. Even though we continue to suffer we know that the Lord IS with us and that our life, and the lives of our loved ones is precious.
This holy week, accompany our Lord in a more intimate way. Unite your suffering to His, and share in his joy and we arrive at the glory of His resurrection. Our holy week schedule is found in this bulletin. Come, be part of our cele-brations and bring your sorrows and your joys to the Lord as we remember His suffering, death, and resurrection.
