Historia
La historia de la familia Carcamo se remonta al
año 1947, cuando sus primeros miembros se
establecieron en el Valle del Yauca (Arequipa);
zona que tiene un clima especial para producir
las aceitunas de más alta calidad que proceden de
olivos de más de 500 años de antigüedad.
En el año 2000 fundan OLIVOS DEL SUR SAC;
orientada a la producción, procesamiento,
distribución y exportación de Aceitunas de mesa
que combina la dedicación de varias
generaciones con evolución tecnológica.
Desde entonces lleva a los peruanos el auténtico
sabor de la mejor aceituna.
Posteriormente, la Empresa, amplía su
producción a aceite de oliva, otros aceites
naturales extraídos en frio, pasta de aceitunas,
aceitunas preparadas, vinagre de manzana, miel,
algarrobina, entre otros.
