An Invitation to Join Our Music Ministry!

The primary responsibility of the music ministry at San Felipe de Neri is to lead our congregation in worship. Our choirs enrich, inspire, motivate, and engage the community in hymns and sacred songs in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and other liturgical celebrations.

We invite all parishioners of all ages to join one of our choirs. Our choirs meet weekly for choir rehearsals. We invite singers and instrumentalist. Every Mass has a designated choir that needs your help.

As we extend this invitation to you, remember that you do not have to be a professional to join. The excuse most often used is "but I can't sing." However, we're not singing as soloists, but as a team...a team that makes music to worship God. So why not give us a try? Please come and share this special fellowship with others. If you feel that you are being called to join one of our choirs, please speak to our new director of music and liturgy Erick Martinez. You can speak to him before or after Mass. Or you can email him at: EMartinez@sanfelipedeneri.org

Invitamos a cantantes e instrumentistas.

PERMANENT DIACONATE FORMATION PROGRAM

The following is a list of five men who have responded to this ministry and will begin the inquiry process. If you speak with them, please offer a word of encouragement and let them know that we will continue to support them, their wives and families with our prayers.

1. Mr. Patrick Aguilar 2. Mr. Chris Cavnar 3. Mr. Rudy Rael 4. Mr. Dan Sanchez 5. Mr. Mario Troncoso
