“FERNANDO MARCOTE IN MEMORIAM” BASES GENERALES:
• El torneo se disputará por Sistema Suizo a 9 rondas.
• El ritmo de juego será de 90 minutos de reflexión por jugador para toda la partida, más un incremento de 30 segundos por jugada realizada.
• Los emparejamientos serán informatizados (Programa VEGA) y no se admitirá ningún tipo de reclamación en este sentido, excepto error en la introducción manual de resultados.
• El sistema de desempate se sorteará al finalizar la última partida de la última ronda entre los siguientes sistemas de desempate: Bucholz Total FIDE, Bucholz -1 FIDE (restando la peor puntuación) y Bucholz -2 FIDE (restando las 2 peores puntuaciones). Si persistiera el empate entre 2 o más jugadores se procedería a realizar un sorteo para determinar la clasificación final.
• El torneo será válido para Normas Internacionales de Ajedrez, ELO FIDE y ELO FEDA.
• Días de descanso (BYE). Los BYES son días libres que puede solicitar el jugador siempre por escrito o por email. Cada jugador puede solicitar un máximo de 3 BYES, siempre anteriores a la séptima ronda. Los BYES correspondientes a la primera ronda deberán formalizarse vía email (con acuse de recibo) antes de que finalice el plazo de inscripción y que tendrá que ser validado por el organizador. Los BYES correspondientes a las siguientes cinco rondas (2ª a 6ª) deberán formalizarse antes de que finalice la primera ronda. En la ronda solicitada no se emparejará al jugador solicitante del BYE y se le otorgará medio punto.
• Los jugadores que no hayan abonado su inscripción antes de finalizada la primera ronda, no serán emparejados en la siguiente.
• A aquellos jugadores que por cualquier razón no aparecieran en la última lista de ELO FIDE y hubieran tenido ELO FIDE con anterioridad, se les considerará su ranking, sólo a efectos de premios, según la lista en la que aparecieran por última vez.
• Se exigirá a los participantes una adecuada presencia en la Sala de Juego y en la Ceremonia de Clausura.
• La inscripción en el Torneo implica que los participantes autorizan la publicación de sus datos personales e imagen (fotos, vídeos, etc) en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la Organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (listado de jugadores, listado de resultados, clasificaciones, emparejamientos, partidas, web, televisión, etc.
• Cualquier reclamación se formalizará por escrito y a lo sumo una hora después de sucedido el hecho objeto de la reclamación. El reclamante deberá acompañar su escrito con una fianza de 25 € que le será devuelta en caso de que el Comité de Apelación le dé la razón a su demanda.
• El Comité de Apelación estará formado por cinco miembros: tres titulares y dos suplentes. Estará presidido por el Director del Torneo, o aquella persona que el Director designe, y los
cuatro jugadores con más rating del torneo. Los dos primeros de titulares y los dos que le siguieran de suplentes.
• Regla de Sofía: Estará prohibido concertar tablas con el oponente antes de la jugada 30, sin el consentimiento del Árbitro principal o en quien éste delegue (en ningún caso un jugador del torneo).
• Perderá la partida el jugador que se presente a la Sala de Juego con más de 30 minutos de retraso con respecto a la hora programada de inicio de la ronda, excepto en la primera en la que se tolerará una hora de retraso. En ambos casos, quedará a criterio del Árbitro flexibilizar el tiempo de tolerancia.
• No se permitirá ni el uso ni la posesión de telefonía móvil ni de cualquier otro medio electrónico durante la sesión de juego. La posesión o el uso de los mismos llevará consigo la pérdida de la partida.
• Una vez acabada la partida, los jugadores deberán dejar las piezas tal como las encontraron al principio de la partida.
• El Torneo se regirá por estas Bases y por el Reglamento actualizado de la FIDE y de la
FEDA

• Para acreditar y cobrar los premios en metálico del torneo, será imprescindible estar presente en la Ceremonia de Clausura.
• Los premios no serán divisibles ni acumulables y se repartirán por estricto orden de clasificación. En caso de que un jugador pudiera optar a dos o más premios de idéntica cuantía, tendrá prioridad el siguiente orden: 1º General, 2º por tramos ELO y 3º en el siguiente orden: mejor gallego, mejor veterano, mejor mujer y mejor Sub – 16.

“FERNANDO MARCOTE IN MEMORIAM” GENERAL BASES:
• The tournament will be 9 rounds Swiss system.
• Time control will be 90 minutes for each player and 30 seconds increment for each move.
• Pairings will be made with a computer program and no claims will be allowed in this respect, except error in manual results entering of the results.
• The tiebreaker system will be drawn after the last game of the last round among the following tiebreaker systems: Total Bucholz FIDE, Bucholz -1 FIDE(minus the worst score) and Bucholz -2 FIDE (subtracting the two worst scores). If the tie persisted between two or more players we would proceed to make a drawing to determine the final classification.
• The tournament will be valid for Internacional Norms, FIDE and FEDA Elo ratings. • Rest days (BYE). Byes are free days that any player can request, always in writing or by
email. Each player can request a maximum of 3 BYES before the seventh round. BYES requested for the first round must be formalized via email before the registration deadline and will always have to be validated by the organizer. Byes corresponding to the following five rounds (2nd to 6th) must be signed before the end of the first round. In the requested round BYE player will not be paired and will be awarded ½ point.
• Players who have not paid their registration fees before completion of the first round, will not be paired for the next one.
• Players who, for whatever reason, did not appear on the latest list of FIDE ELO and previously had FIDE ELO, will be considered their ranking, only for prizes, according to the last list where they appeared
• Participants will be required an adequate clothing both in the Hall of Game and Closing Ceremony.
• Registration in the tournament implies that participants authorize the publication of their personal data and image (photos, videos, etc.) in media (list of players, standings, pairings, games, web, television, etc.
• Any claim will be formalized in writing and at most one hour after the fact happened. The claimant must submit the form with a deposit of € 25 which will be returned if the Appeals Committee gives him the reason for his request.
• The Appeal Committee shall consist of five members: three members and two supply members. It will be chaired by the Tournament Director or the person designated by the Director, and the four highest-rated player of the tournament: The first two as members and the other two as supply members.
• Sofia’s rule: It is prohibited to arrange tables with the opponent before move 30, without the consent of the referee or his deputy (in no case a player of the tournament).
• The use or possession of mobile telephones or other electronic means in the playing hall during the session will not be allowed. Possession or use thereof shall entail the loss of the game.
• Once the game is finished, players must leave the pieces as found at the beginning of the game.
• The tournament will be governed by these bases and updated FIDE and FEDA Regulation.
