Fuel vane pump. Our

long experience as pump manufacturer was useful to develop concept into this unique product. The new BP 3000 DC pump was designed to satisfy the requirements for a safe and reliable diesel transfer activities. The pump is fully flexible, installable in different positions and provided with a complete set of dedicated accessories which allow to make different configurations. A strong DC brush motor allows to produce flow rate up to 13 gpm with a good capability to withstand the back up pressure of the installation. These pumps are used as the primary system on earth-moving machinery and on mobile vehicles or in construction yards, thanks to their compact size, flexibility, dependability and safety.

Multi-user control panel with PC connection.

PIUSI has developed a complete system to enable the control of the fuel consumption. The MC system consists in a multi-user panel contained into a protection box, and a dedicated software to be installed in a PC. The control panel can mange directly: switching ON and OFF of the pump, recognize of authorized users by means of i-button key or password, preset the quantity to dispense, a pulse meter, and the possibility to switch off the pump in case of low level input. The software arranges dispensing data for analysis and print out. Data can be sent direct to a PC via cable (see PC interface) or via an electronic key with memory (see Kit Key).

The selfservice software

can be used with all Piusi products equipped with PC data interfaces (Cube MC, MC-BOX). The software arranges dispensing data for analysis and print out. Data can be sent direct to a PC via cable or via an electronic key with memory and a key reader for connecting to PC. The following accessories are available:

- User Key, composed of 10 user keys each one allowing identification on dispenser. - Manager Key, a key reserved for owner use supplied with memory for data exportation. - Translation Key for translating messages on the column panel, in the required language. The dispenser is configured in English messages from the factory.

Por medio de una interfaz se pueden conectar hasta 12 indicadores de nivel OCIO y transmitir los datos por cable al PC hasta 3200 ft de distancia. Ha sido desarrollado un software especializado que permite guardar los datos históricos del nivel del depósito según diversos criterios:

Transmisión GSM del nivel del depósito.

Este sistema responde a la necesidad de monitorizar a di-stancia el nivel de los depósitos, visualizando en el visualizador de un teléfono o en una dirección de correo electrónico la situación actualizada. El transmisor con módem GSM es conectado al indicador de nivel OCIO, permi-tiendo, por medio de una o más expansiones, la gestión de hasta 8 depósitos. Cada depósito dispone de un indicador de nivel que es conectado, por medio de un cable, a la unidad OCIO GSM, o bien a la expansión individual. La configuración del sistema se efectúa por medio de un teléfono mediante el envío de mensajes codificados.

Each tank is supplied with a level indicator connected via cable to the OCIO GSM unit or a single expansion. Configuration of the system is carried out by sending a coded message over the telephone.

VACUBOX responds to the need to extract used oil from the car with a dipstick holder. An automa-tic internal device automaautoma-tically stops the pump when all the oil has been drained off, and an acoustic device signals the end of the operation. The internal pump sucks the oil and pumps it at distance into a centralized oil tank collector. The support housing can be wall-mounted. A lighted switch indicates that power line is present, starts the pump and indicates when suction is ended. A vacuum meter checks the suction conditions at any time. A necessary machine to be installed in centralized plants for collec-ting used oil from automotive workshops.
