Our Parish Giving Tree Has Appeared!

Recipients this year will be students from Fairfield Academy, clients of our Parish Food Pantry, and residents from a local nursing home.

We ask that when you take your ornament, that you write your phone number (no name needed) on the list on the table near the tree, next to the number of the ornament you take, so that we can con-tact those people who do not return the gifts on time.

Please wrap your gift (except please do NOT wrap the donations of food) and attach the ornament to the gift when you return it. You may place gifts under the tree, bring them to the sacristy, or bring them to the rectory. We thank you for your generosity!

Special note on donations of food for our Food Pantry:

We are no longer receiving the donations of bulk food that we had been getting and we will be relying on the generosity of YOU to provide much of the food items needed to give to the clients who visit our Food Pantry. When choosing the items to include in your donation, please try to buy items that are:

1) Non-perishable 2) Not expired 3) Ready-to-eat

4) Cans that are able to be opened without can opener

Good examples are: canned meat, cooked pasta, canned fruit, raisins, granola bars, cereal, applesauce, peanut butter, and soup.

All gifts are due no later than Sunday, December 9th
