SIR WE WISH TO SEE JESUS
John 12: 20 -33
• John 12:20-21 (NASB) 20 Now there
were some Greeks among those who were going up to worship at the
feast; 21 these then came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida of Galilee, and began to ask him, saying, "Sir, we wish to see Jesus."
Señor, queremos ver a Jesús.
1 Corinthians 1:22-23 (NASB) 22 For
indeed Jews ask for signs and Greeks search for wisdom; 23 but we preach Christ
crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness…
• 1 Corinthians 2:2 (NASB) 2 For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him
crucified.
• 1 Corinthians 2:2 (LBLA) 2 pues
nada me propuse saber entre vosotros, excepto a Jesucristo, y éste crucificado.
Luke 19:10 (NCV) 10 “The Son of Man came to find lost people
and save them.”
Luke 19:10 (LBLA) 10
• Luke 5:31-32 (NASB) 31 And Jesus answered and said to them, "It is not those who are well who need a
physician, but those who are sick. 32 "I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.“
• Luke 5:31-32 (LBLA) 31
arrepentimiento.
CLEAN AND UNCLEAN
• Numbers 19:11 (ESV) 11 “Whoever touches the dead body of any person shall be unclean seven days.”
• Leviticus 5:5-6 (NCV) “When anyone is
guilty of any of these things, he must tell how he sinned. 6 He must bring an offering to the LORD as a penalty for sin; it must be a female lamb or goat from the flock. The priest will
perform the acts to remove that person’s sin so he will belong to the LORD.
Moral uncleanliness is contagious.
• 1 Corinthians 15:33 (NASB) 33 Do not be deceived: "Bad company
corrupts good morals."
• 1 Corinthians 15:33 (LBLA) 33 No os dejéis engañar: Las malas compañías corrompen las buenas costumbres.
Jesus is the CLEAN ONE
CRINGING
2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV2011) 21 God made him who had no sin to be
sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
“We are so used to a fallen world that sickness, disease,
pain, and death seem
natural. In fact, they are the interruption. When Jesus expels demons and heals the
sick, he is driving out of creation the powers of destruction and is healing and restoring created beings who are hurt and sick. Jesus’
healing are not supernatural miracles in a natural world.
They are the only truly
“natural” thing in a world that is unnatural,
demonized, and wounded.”
Hebrews 13:8 (NASB) 8 Jesus Christ is the same
yesterday and today and forever.
Hebrews 13:8 (LBLA)
8 Jesucristo es el mismo ayer y
hoy y por los siglos.
• 1 Peter 3:21 (NASB) 21
Corresponding to that, baptism now
saves you—not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a
good conscience—through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
• 1 Peter 3:21 (LBLA) 21 Y
• Matthew 11:28-29 (ESV) 28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for
your souls.
corazón, y HALLAREIS DESCANSO PARA VUESTRAS ALMAS.
