Knights of Columbus Saint Joseph Council 9202

P.O. Box 842 Lincoln, CA. 95648

The Knights of Columbus have conducted their annual ID Drive (Intellectual Disabilities) drive for the past 16 years. The Knights seek donations that are given to Ride-to-Walk of Lincoln and Western Placer Special Education Dept. based here in Lincoln. The Knights wear yellow safety vests and hand out Toot-

sie Rolls to those donating. All monies collected are given to these organizations.

Ride to Walk strives to provide a positive support system for individuals with disabilities, their par- ents/caregivers, and our community. The Special Education program ensures that all individuals with

exceptional needs have available to them a free, appropriate public education and related services to meet their unique needs.

This year with the pandemic hopefully winding down, we are planning on setting up tables in the Court- yard outside of the Narthex next weekend September 18 & 19. The Knights will be wearing yellow safe-

ty vests and will have jars on the table so that people can deposit their donations. The Knights will be wearing masks and will not be handing out Tootsie Rolls this year.

Another option to participate in this fundraiser is that the parishioners of St. Joseph demonstrate their continuing generosity by mailing in a donation. Donations can be mailed to:
