CONCLUSIONES

El PNB es un marcador diagnóstico sensible y específico en

el diagnóstico de disnea aguda de origen cardiológico.

La determinación de los niveles de PNB se pueden realizar de

forma sencilla y rápida (Tira Reactiva)

Los niveles de PNB confieren información pronóstica en los

pacientes con ICC

Ingresada en planta de cardiología para estudio de dolor

torácico de dudoso origen isquémico.

Disnea intensa con aumento del trabajo respiratorio, tiraje,
