We are planning to add even more advanced Spectrum services in your area – including fast Internet and reliable Voice service. These services will be in your area soon, and come with all the benefits of being a Spectrum TV® customer, like never being locked into a contract.
In addition to launching these great new products, we will be enhancing your Spectrum TV service. This will bring you more HD channels than ever before – over 200 available. As a result, you will be required to have a new Spectrum Receiver on each TV in your home by 6/19/2018.
To order your new Spectrum Receiver(s), please visit your nearest Spectrum Store (see store locations on the back of this letter) or call us at 833-856-0704. A Spectrum Customer Service Representative will arrange to ship a self-installation kit directly to your home at no additional cost to you. The kit will also contain instructions explaining when to install your new equipment as well as how to return your current equipment. You must return your previous equipment by 7/19/2018.
With these enhancements come a number of additional changes that you need to be aware of:
Your channels

• Please keep your new account number for future reference and don’t forget to update your new account number with your financial institution to ensure payment processing.
• If you are currently enrolled in Auto Pay, you will need to re-establish your method of payment based on your new account number.

This conversion will bring many exciting enhancements to your TV service. It will allow us to deliver you an increase in HD channels as well as improve all TV channels with even better picture and sound quality. In addition, we will be able to offer you a more expansive lineup of channels and include access to thousands of FREE On Demand choices. As a result, you will be required to have a new Spectrum Receiver on each TV in your home by 8/21/2018.

A Spectrum Customer Service Representative will arrange to ship a self-installation kit directly to your home at no additional cost to you. With these enhancements come a number of additional changes that you need to be aware of:
Your channels
– On or after 8/21/2018, some of your current channels will be moving to new locations and other channels will be removed, consistent with your level of service. See the back of this letter for specific channel move information. For your convenience, we have also included your new channel lineup with this letter.
Billing changes
– Your statement due date will be changing – you’ll see the new date on your next statement.
– Additionally, effective with your next billing statement, your new monthly rate will change as follows:
Your current Spectrum TV BASIC at $27.00 will be migrated to Spectrum TV BASIC at the rate of $23.89, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Standard rates apply after 12 months for all services.
New Account Number and Security Code
– You will receive a new account number and Security Code. Both can be found in the upper left corner of your next monthly billing statement.
• Please keep your new account number for future reference and don’t forget to update your new account number with your financial institution to ensure payment processing.

plus applicable taxes and fees.
