1.- Ha sido examinado hoy: / Has been examined today: ______________________ , en las 24 horas anteriores a la exportación, estando libre de parásitos externos, y no presenta signos clínicos de enfermedades infecciosas o contagiosas. Es apto para viajar / being within 24 hours of export, are free from external parasites, and shows no clinical signs of infectious and contagious disease. Be fit to travel
2.- No se pretende eliminar en el marco de un programa nacional de erradicación de enfermedades infecciosas o contagiosas / It is not intended for slaughter under a national programme of infectious or contagious disease eradication.
3.- No procede de un territorio o de una parte del territorio (1) de un Estado Miembro de la Unión Europea (UE) sujeto a medidas de restricciones por motivos de Peste Equina Africana, y además, / Does not come from the territory or part of the territory (1) of a Member State of the European Union (EU) which is the subject of restrictions for reasons of African Horse Sickness, and

4.- No procede de una explotación sujeta a prohibición por motivos de policía sanitaria, ni ha estado en contacto con équidos procedentes de una explotación sujeta a prohibición por motivos de policía sanitaria / It does not come from a holding which was subject to prohibition for animal health reasons nor had contact with equidae from a holding which was subject to prohibition for animal health reasons.
a) Durante seis meses en el caso de équidos sospechosos de haber contraido Durina, comenzando desde la fecha del último contacto o posibilidad de contacto con un animal enfermo. No obstante, en el caso de los sementales, la prohibición deberá aplicarse hasta que el animal sea castrado / during six months in the case of equidae suspected of having contracted Dourine, beginning on the date of the last actual or possible contact with a sick animal. However, in the case of a stallion, the prohibition should apply until the animal is castrated.
b) Durante seis meses en el caso de Muermo o Encefalomielitis equina, comenzando desde el día en que el équido afectado por la enfermedad, en cuestión, haya sido sacrificado / during six months in the case of Glanders or Equine Encephalomyelitis, beginning on the day on which the equidae suffering from the disease in question are slaughtered.
c) En el caso de Anemia Infecciosa, hasta la fecha en que, habiendo sido sacrificados los animales infectados, el resto de los animales muestren una reacción negativa a dos tests de Coggins realizados con un intervalo de tres meses / in the case of Infectious Anaemia, until the date on which, the infected animals having been slaughtered, the remaining animals have shown a negative reaction to two Coggins Tests carried out three months apart.
d) Durante seis meses desde el último caso de Estomatitis vesicular / during six months from the last case in the case of Vesicular Stomatitis.
e) Durante un mes desde el último caso de Rabia / during one month from the last case, in the case of Rabies.
f) Durante quince días desde el último caso registrado de Carbunco bacteridiano / during fifteen days from the last recorded case, in the case of Anthrax.
En el caso de que todos los animales de las especies sensibles presentes en la explotación hayan sido sacrificados y los locales desinfectados, el período de prohibición será de 30 días empezando a contar desde el sacrificio de los animales y la desinfección de los locales, excepto en el caso de Carbunco bacteridiano, en cuyo caso el período de prohibición es de 15 días / If all the animals of species susceptible to the disease located on the holding have been slaughtered and the premises disinfected, the period of prohibition shall be 30 days, beginning on the day on which the animals were destroyed and the premises disinfected, except in the case of Anthrax, where the period of prohibition is 15 days.
5.- Ha permanecido en instalaciones bajo control veterinario durante los 15 días anteriores a la exportación, y durante ese tiempo, no han estado en contacto con équidos afectados por enfermedades infecciosas o contagiosas / It has been resident on premises under veterinary supervision for the 15 days immediately prior to export and, during that time, it has not been in contact with equidae suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.
6.- Ha residido en la Unión Europea durante, al menos los 30 días anteriores a la exportación / It has been resident in the European Union for at least the 30 days immediately prior to export
7.- Fue sometido a los siguientes análisis sanguíneos realizados sobre muestras de sangre recogidas en los 30 días previos a la exportación y si fue importado, al menos 14 días desde la
fecha de entrada, con resultados negativos / It was subjected to the following blood tests carried out on blood samples collected, being within 30 days of export, and, if imported into the EU, at least and at least 14 days after the date of entry, with negative results. (4)

8.- En los 30 días previos a la exportación, y si fue importado en la UE, al menos 14 días desde la fecha de entrada, se tomaron muestras de sangre del citado animal, y se remitieron para la realización de la prueba de inmunodifusión en gel de ágar o Test de Coggins para Anemia infecciosa equina con un resultado negativo / Being within 30 days of export, and, if imported into the EU, at least 14 days after the day of entry, blood samples were taken from the said animal and were submitted to testing by an Agar Gel Immunodiffusion (Coggins) Test for Equine Infectious Anaemia, with a negative result (4)

9.- Para machos enteros de más de 180 días / For entire males older than 180 days
En los 30 días previos a la exportación, y si fue importado en la UE, al menos 14 días desde la fecha de entrada, se tomaron muestras de sangre del citado animal y se remitieron a un Laboratorio Oficial aprobado por la autoridad competente del Estado Miembro para la realización del test de neutralización vírica para la Arteritis ,Viral Equina, con resultado negativo en una dilución 1/4 / Being within 30 days of export, and, if imported into the EU, at least 14 days after the day of entry, blood samples were taken from the said animal and sent to an EU Laboratory approved for export testing by the competent authority of a Member State, where they were submitted to testing by a Virus Neutralisation Test for Equine Viral Arteritis with negative results, at a dilution of 1 in 4.

En los 30 días previos a la exportación y, si fue importado en la UE, al menos 14 días desde la fecha de entrada, se recogió una parte alícuota de semen completo y se remitió a un Laboratorio Oficial aprobado por la autoridad competente del Estado Miembro para la realización del test de aislamiento vírico para la Arteritis viral equina, al menos 3 pases, con resultado negativo / Being within 30 days of export, and, if imported into the EU, at least 14 days after the day of entry, an aliquot of its entire semen was taken and submitted to an EU Laboratory approved for export testing by the competent authority of a Member State where it was tested by Virus Isolation Tests for Equine Viral Arteritis, at least 3 passages, with negative results.

11.- Durante los últimos 60 días, no ha presentado signos clínicos de Metritis contagiosa equina, MCE, ni ha permanecido en explotaciones dónde haya habido sospechas de MCE durante ése tiempo, ni ha estado en contacto indirecta o directamente, a través del coito, con équidos infectados o sospechosos de estar infectados con MCE / During the last 60 days it shows no clinical signs of Contagious Equine Metritis, CME, it has not been on any holding where there has been any suspicion of CEM during that time, nor has it had contact indirectly, or directly through coitus, with equidae infected or suspected of being infected with CEM.
12.- Según declaración escrita y firmada por el propietario o su representante, se manifiesta que / According to declaration, written and signed by the owner or the representative, stating that:
a) El équido se enviará desde las instalaciones de origen al aeropuerto de despacho sin entrar en contacto con otros équidos que no cumplan las condiciones de importación permanente en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos especificadas en este certificado, en un vehículo limpiado y desinfectado previamente con un desinfectante oficialmente reconocido en el país de despacho, y / the equidae will be sent from the premises of origin to the Airport of dispatch without coming into contact with other equine animals which do not meet UAE Permanent Import Conditions as specified in this certificate, in a vehicle cleansed and disinfected in advance with a disinfectant officially recognised in the country of dispatch, and b) El équido se enviará directamente desde las instalaciones de origen al aeropuerto de
despacho / The equidae will be sent directly from the premises of origin to the Airport of dispatch

El équido no se enviará directamente desde las instalaciones de origen al aeropuerto de despacho, pero si fuese descargado en instalaciones en ruta, cada una de estas instalaciones deberá aportar una certificación suplementaria según la forma especificada en el Anexo B de las condiciones de importación en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos para la importación permanente de équidos desde la Unión Europea / The equid will not sent directly from the premises of origin to the Airport of dispatch but it will be unloaded at the following premises, in route, and Supplementary Certification in the form specified at Annex B to UAE Import Conditions for the permanent import of equids from the EU, will be provided for each premises (2).

El certificado será válido por 10 días / The certificate is valid for 10 days.
La firma y el sello han de ser de colores diferentes al de impresión / The signature and the stamp must be in a colour different to that of the printing.
(1) Parte del territorio de conformidad con el Artículo 13(2) de la Directiva del Consejo 90/426/CEE / Part of territory in accordance with Article 13(2) of Council Directive 90/426/EEC.
(2) El Veterinario autorizado que supervise el aislamiento deberá aportar una certificación equivalente a la que se adjunta en el Anexo B de las condiciones de importación en los EEAAUU para la importación de équidos desde la UE / The approved Veterinary Surgeon supervising the isolation(s) must provide certification equivalent to that attached at Annex B to the UAE Import Conditions for the import of equidae from the EU.
(3) En el caso de équidos registrados, las vacunaciones deberán anotarse en el documento de identificación (pasaporte) / In case of registered equidae vaccinations have to be entered in the identification document (passport).
(4) Todas las pruebas analíticas deben llevarse a cabo en Laboratorios de la UE aprobados por la autoridad competente del Estado Miembro exportador / All laboratory tests must be carried out at an EU Laboratory, approved for export testing by the Competent Authority of the Member State of export.
(5) Táchese lo que convenga / Delete as appropiate.
(6) Con objeto de la importación en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, se considera que un programa primario de vacunación consiste en al menos dos dosis de la misma vacuna administrada con un intervalo de 21-42 días. Se otorgará también esta consideración a los programas primarios administrados en intervalos fuera de estos límites, pero sólo si pueden demostrar que son conformes a las recomendaciones del fabricante de la vacuna / For United Arab Emirates import purposes a primary course of vaccination will be considered to consist of at least two doses of the same vaccine given 21-42 days apart. Consideration will be given to primary courses given at intervals outside these limits but only if it can be shown that they are in line with the vaccine manufacture’s recommendations.

La vacunación se llevó a cabo durante el período de aislamiento, de no más de 15 días, bajo control veterinario oficial, comenzando el día que se tomó la muestra de sangre que se analizó durante este tiempo con resultado negativo al test de neutralización vírica para la Arteritis Viral Equina en una dilución 1/4. / Vaccination was carried out during a period of isolation of not more than 15 days under official veterinary supervision, commencing on the day a blood sample was taken that was tested during that time with negative result in a virus neutralisation test for Equine Viral Arteritis at a dilution of 1 in 4.

La vacunación se llevó a cabo cuando el animal tenía una edad comprendida entre 180 y 270 días, durante un período de aislamiento bajo control veterinario oficial. Durante el período de aislamiento se tomaron dos muestras de sangre, con un intervalo de al menos 10 días, resultando un título de anticuerpos estable o en descenso en el test de neutralización vírica para la Arteritis Viral Equina / Vaccination was carried out when the animal was at an age of 180 to 270 days, during a period of isolation under official veterinary supervision. During the isolation period two blood samples taken at least 10 days apart proved a stable or declining antibody titre in a virus neutralisation test for Equine Viral Arteritis.
