Thanks for purchasing Panacom Caller ID PA-7018. Please read this manual carefully before using this Device, which is the best guideline offering best service.
CALLER ID INSTRUCTION
Remind:This device can be used normally after opening the call ID function through the Telecommunication Bureau.
Use & FEATURES: A.
1. This Caller ID gathered the newest microcomputer technology and high new communication technology as a whole,with noble desigh,more smart and beauti-ful, more practical. Nowadays, the function of the Caller ID becomes popular during some developed countries such as Europe and America, it has been reputed as a good “partner” of the telephone.
2. The green backlight will light up while you press any button or when new call comes.
3. It can exactly show the caller (the main call) number, date and time after the first ring of the call, also it can save all these information.
4. No matter whether you have answered the calls or not,the device will record the actual caller number. When you are back,you can find out the caller number.date and time etc. 5. Please read the manual before use.

1. 40 incoming calls memories with date & time and 10 out-going calls memories with conversation time.When the caller ID has stored in 40 incoming calls/10 outgoing calls,it will

C. INSTALLATION
D.OPERATION DESCRIPTION 1. UP/DOWN
Press the two buttons to review the incoming calls for-ward and backfor-ward.
2. OUT
Press the button to view the last dialed numbers with conversation time
3. DEL
Press the button once to delete the viewing call number. Hold the button for more than 3 seconds ,all the incom-ing calls or all the outgoincom-ing calls can be deleted
4. BACK/SET
when reviewing numbers,press the button once and then pick up the handset, the number will be dialed out automatically. On hook,press the BACK/SET to enter the setting menu or to save the setup.

E.FUNCTION SETTING
Setting items orderly:Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, Area codes, PABX and LCD contrast .
Press BACK/SET to enter the setting menu;Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select it.
1. Setting date & time
On Hook,press the button BACK/SET once to see the LCD displaying “SET 1 DATE”,press it again to edit the year,then press UP or DOWN forward.Press the BACK/ SET to comfirn and save it..
Press the BACK/SET to go to next setting.When the digit is flashing,you can press the UP OR DOWN buttons to adjust the date and time.
Press the BACK/SET to save the setup and press the DEL to exit
2. Setting the area codes
After the date & time have been set up, press the UP or DOWN buttons to see the LCD displaying “SET 2 CODE” ,press the button BACK/SET to enter the setting. The LCD will display the “0 ––––“.Then you can press the for-ward button to adjust the digit,press the button BACK/ SET to confirm the digit and set next digit.
After setting the area codes, press BACK/SET again to enter the PABX settting.
Input the digit and then press BACK/SET to save it and press DEL to exit.

4. Setting PABX code
Press DEL button and hold it for 3 seconds and then the LCD will display “–”.
Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select the PABX code and press BACK/SET to save and exit.
Note:
After setting the PABX CODE,when calling back the in-coming calls,the phone will dial out the numbers with the PABX Code automatically
F. The solutions of Simple problems
a. No display screen:
Reasons: No batteries or reversed batteries or batteries in bad condition.
Solutions: Install or replace batteries. b. No dailing sounds:
Reason 1:The user’s telephone route has a fault itself. Solution: Contact the Local Telecomunication Depart-ment to keep in good repair.
Reason 2: The end-route looses contact or cut off route. Solution: Put through the route after checking it. c. No display main calls number:
Reason: The local Telecomunication Department do not put through the service.
Solution: Contact the Telecomunication Department and apply for the caller ID service.

INSTRUCCIONES DEL IDENTIFICADOR DE LLAMADAS
Recordatorio: Este equipo puede ser utilizado normalmen-te luego de habilitar la function de Caller ID desde su Ope-rador Telefónico.
Uso y CARACTERISTICAS A.
1. Este Caller ID le acerca la más novedosa tecnolgía de microcomputadores y la más alta tecnología de comuni-caciones como un todo, con excelente diseño, más inte-ligente, atractivo y práctico. En los días de hoy la function de Caller ID se convierte en lo más popular en países de Europa y América, ha conseguido su Buena reputación como un buen compañero del teléfono.
2. La pantalla retroiluminada iluminará mientras presione cualquier tecla o cuando una llamada ingrese.
3. Puede mostrar exactamente el remitente (llamada prin-cipal), número, fecha y hora luego del primer timbre del llamado, también puede almacenar toda esta información. 4. No importa que haya contestado la llamada o no, el dis-positivo grabará el número telefónico del remitente actual. Cuando regrese, encontrará el número telefónico, fecha y hora de la llamada.

1. Memoria de 40 llamadas entrantes con fecha y hora y memoria de 10 llamadas con el tiempo de conversación. Cuando el Identificador de llamadas PA7018 haya alma-cenado 40 entrantes / 10 salientes, eliminará las llamadas antiguas y almacenará las nuevas automáticamente. 2. Pantalla LCD de 12 dígitos con 16 niveles de contraste ajustables.

C. INSTALACION
D. OPERANDO SU IDENTIFICADOR DE LLAMADAS 1. UP Presione los dos botones para revisar las llamadas
entrantes, para atrás y para adelante.
2. OUT Presione el botón par aver los últimos números
dis-cados con el tiempo de conversación.
3.DEL Presione el botón una vez para borrar el número
de-tallado en pantalla. Sosteniendo este botón por más de 3 segundos, todas las llamadas entrantes o salientes pueden ser borradas.
4. BACK/SET cuando revisa los números, presione el
bo-tón una vez y luego levante el auricular, el número sera dis-cado automáticamente. Con el auricular apoyado, presio-ne BACK/SET para ingresar al menú de opciopresio-nes o grabar la configuración.

5. Indicador de Llamadas Perdidas.
Cuando haya llamadas perdidas el indicador flasheara en rojo por unos segundos hasta que sean revisadas.
E. MENU DE OPCIONES
Configurando los items en orden: Año, Mes, Días, Hora, Mi-nuto, Códigos de Area, Central y Contraste.
Presione el botón BACK/SET para ingresar al menu de op-ciones. Presione los botones UP y DOWN para seleccionar.
1. Configurando Fecha y Hora
Colgado, presione el botón BACK/SET una vez para ver la pan-talla LCD mostrando “SET 1 DATE”,presionelo de Nuevo para editar el año, luego presione los botones UP y DOWN hacia adelante. Presione BACK/SET para confirmar y guarder. Presione SET para ir a la próxima configuración. Cuando el dígito esté flasheando, puede presionar UP o DOWN para ajustar la fecha y hora.
Presione SET para grabar la configuración y presione DEL para salir.
2. Configurando los Códigos de Area
Luego de que la Fecha y Hora hayan sido configurados, pre-sione los botones UP y DOWN para ver la pantalla mostrando “SET 2 CODE”, presione el botón SET para entrar a la con-figuración. La pantalla LCD mostrará “CODE 1 ----“. Luego puede presionar el botón UP para ajustar el dígito. Presione SET para confirmar el dígito y setear el próximo dígito. Luego de configurar el código de área, presione BACK/SET nuevamente para ingresar a la configuración de PABX. Ingrese el dígito y luego presione SET para grabar. Luego presione DEL para salir.

dos, presione los botones UP y DOWN para ver la pantalla mostrando “SET 3 LCD”, presione el botón SET para en-trar a la configuración. La pantalla LCD mosen-trará “LCD 3”. Presione los botones UP-DOWN para ajustar el nivel de contraste paso a paso.
Total de niveles: 16 niveles. Presione DEL para salir. Presione SET para grabar y las configuraciones habrán terminado.
Nota: Otras configuraciones usualmente no son
soporta-das por los teléfonos y no se encuentran disponibles.
F. Solución a simples problemas.
a.No se ve nada en el display:
Razones: No hay baterías o se colocaron al revés o las mis-mas se encuentran en mal estado.
Solución: Instale o reemplace las baterías. b.No hay sonidos de llamadas:
Causa: La ruta del teléfono del usuario tiene en sí una falta. Solución: Contacte a su operador local para solicitar reparaciones.
c.No se muestran los números en la pantalla principal: Razón: El operador telefónico local no ha establecido el servicio aún.
Solución: Contacte Contacte a su operador local para soli-citar el servicio de Identificador de llamadas.

Terms and Conditions
1. PANACOM warrants the operation of this product to be free from any manufacturing and/or material defect for a pe-riod of 12 months from the date of purchase by the user. 2. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replace-ment of this product, according to our own criterion, free of charge within the stipulated term and it does not extend to consequential or incidental damages to other products that may be used with this unit.
3. The warranty shall be voided in the following cases: a) repair or attempt to repair by third parties not authorized by the company. b) in case of performing any type of cut in connection cables, plugs, connectors, or other adapters different from the original ones provided by the company. 4. To make this warranty effective, you shall contact the Au-thorized Service Center of your country and they shall carry out the pertinent procedure; said information is available at www.panacom.com. In order to start the necessary pro-cedure to get said warranty, you shall hand in the Original Purchase Invoice where the purchase date, dealer name and product identification shall be stated clearly. 5. Transportation, freight, stay and/or insurance expens-es, if any, are not covered by this warranty.

1. PANACOM garantiza el funcionamiento de este producto ante cualquier defecto de fabricación y/o vicio de material por el término de 12 meses contado a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del usuario.
2. Esta garantía se limita a la reparación y/o reemplazo de este producto, a nuestro criterio, sin cargo alguno dentro del plazo de vigencia y no se extiende a daños conce-cuentes o incidentales hacia otros productos que fueran utilizados con esta unidad.
3. La garantía queda anulada ante: a) reparación o intento de reparación por terceros no autorizados por la compa-ñía. b) en el caso de realizar cualquier tipo de corte de los cables de conexión, fichas, conectores, u otros adapta-dores distintos de los originales de fábrica.
4. Para hacer valer esta garantía se deberá remitir al cen-tro de servicios autorizado de su país quienes gestionarán la misma, dicha información se encuentra www.panacom. com. Para gestionar dicha garantía deberá presentar la Factura Original de compra en la cual deberá constar claramente la fecha de compra, nombre del comercio e indentificación del producto.
5. No quedan cubiertos por esta garantía gastos de trasla-do, flete, estadía, y/o seguro si los hubiera.
