ANOINTING OF THE SICK
The Anointing of the Sick is not a sacrament for those only who are at the point of death. Hence, as soon as anyone of the faithful begins to be in danger of death from sickness or old age, the fitting time for him to receive this sacrament has certainly already arrived. (CCC 1514)
If a person is in need of Anointing of the Sick, please call the parish office for a priest at 602-242-1300.
If the parish office is closed and there is an immediate danger of death, please call the after-hours emergency number at 602-246-3534. The after-hours number may only be used for life and death emergencies.

In this Gospel the love that Jesus reveals through the symbol of
the cross is: self-giving, sacrificial, healing, forgiving, in
solidarity with the weak, confident in the power of God. During the summer months our pantry shelves seem to dwindle and we need to purchased much food. Also, many people need help to pay their utility bills. Your love and sacrifice are great blessings to many people.
Food donations may be left in the Parish Office or gift shop.

American Heritage Girls is a Christian organization for girls in Kindergarten through 12th Grade. Girls participate in a variety of activities in a troop setting. The girls are all part of one troop but break off into 4 age group units during meetings (with a special unit just for our girls in Kindergarten!). Hope to see you there!
