Resumen
La presente tesis “Diseño e implementación de una red privada virtual para la mejora de la seguridad de la información en la Empresa INVERSIONES MUCHARI S.A.C., 2022” que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la seguridad de la información, transferencia de datos, a través de una red segura y confiable.
Específicamente se mejorará la transmisión de documentación e información sensible para la empresa enfatizando aspectos importantes como el control de información, la velocidad de transferencia y la productividad de la empresa.
Una vez conocida la realidad problemática de la empresa, teniendo claro el entorno y los objetivos de la empresa, se procedió a realizar un análisis con respecto a la
infraestructura física y el número de usuarios de la empresa para elegir la tecnología de red adecuada.
Culminado el análisis se optó por un proveedor de servicios VPN, el cual permitirá reducir los costos por mantenimiento. Además, se utilizará un sistema operativo de
software libre. También se definió el ancho de banda necesario para establecer nuestra VPN. Todo ello en base a la metodología o ciclo Deming.

Abstract
The present thesis "Design and implementation of a virtual private network for the improvement of information security in the Company INVERSIONES MUCHARI S.A.C., 2022" that is presented below has as its main objective to improve information security, data transfer, through a secure and reliable network.
Specifically, the transmission of documentation and sensitive information for the company will be improved, emphasizing important aspects such as information control, transfer speed and company productivity.
Once the problematic reality of the company was known, being clear about the environment and the objectives of the company, an analysis was carried out regarding the physical infrastructure and the number of users of the company to choose the appropriate network technology.
After the analysis, a VPN service provider was chosen, which will reduce maintenance costs. In addition, a free software operating system was confirmed. The necessary bandwidth to establish our VPN was also defined. All this based on the methodology or Deming cycle.
