JUSTIFICACIÓN:
E-Commerce is a modern methodology to do business that detects the necessity of enterprises, merchants and consumers for
reducing cost, and to improve the quality of goods and services. Moreover it improves the delivery time of goods and services.
Thus we must not keep contemplating E- Commerce as a Technology, but the use of Technology to improve the form to do
business. We can considered E-Commerce, as an technological extension of our traditional way to do business.
Actually the form to do business is characterized by the constant improvement of the processes of fulfillment and as an answer
to this issue businesses globally are changing their organizations and their operations. E-Commerce is the form of how to deploy
those changes inside a global scale, permitting the companies to be more efficient and flexible in their internal operations, thus to
work in a more closest form with their providers and to be more pending of the necessities and expectative of their clients,
Moreover it permits select the best providers independently of their geographic localization so in that way be able to sell to a
global market.

This course is a review of social, technical and commercial aspects of the most common models of e-business.
