Degree Works Advising System Evaluation Survey Report- Spring 18
Executive Summary
Introduction
As a part of a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the Advising process, the University Information Systems Department initiated this survey to collect information about the satisfaction and obstacles of the current system used for advising. The survey mainly targeted academic advisors and staff, as they would be able to accurately spot the problems and devise solutions to address them.
This survey aims to help assess the improvement that DegreeWorks will be making by comparing the results of the current process to the results obtained after the implementation of the modified process is completed. Please note that all the questions are referring to the CURRENT advising process.
