PRESTIGIOUS EXPERTS WILL DEBATE ON INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY DURING THE XIV SUMMER COURSE OF RIBERA DEL DUERO

The Assembly Hall of the House of Culture of Aranda of Duero will hold from July 7 to 10 the fourteenth edition of the courses that present the latest advances, news and

research on oenology, viticulture and oenotourism.

The House of Culture of Aranda of Duero will hold from July 7 through 10 the fourteenth edition of the

Summer Courses. Vinicular Innovation in the Ribera

del Duero: Sustainability IV

. Organized by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin, the City of Aranda de Duero and the Universidad de Burgos, the courses train students in areas related with viticulture, oenology, chemistry, food science, etc... During four intensive days lectures, debates and practical activities will be held, which will be taught by professionals of international prestige and will be lead by Pilar Rodríguez de las Heras, Luisa González San José and Alberto Tobes Velasco, head of the Experimentation and Trial Service of the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero.

The inauguration of The

Summer Courses on Innovation in wine in the Ribera del Duero: Sustainability IV

will take place next Monday, July 7, in an assembly held in the assembly hall of the House of Culture of Aranda de Duero in the presence of the courses' directors.

In this new addition, experts of reputed prestige, indisputable experts in the areas being taught, will give lectures on technical aspects related with sustainable wine innovation (a PDF is attached with further information). Theoretical conferences and practical classes will also be taught that will take place in Aranda de Duero and the region until Thursday, July 10, when the closing ceremony will be held and the diplomas will be given out to participating students by the Course Directors. Also, in this addition the participants will have the opportunity to visit the Exposition The Ages of the "Eucharist" Man, whose collaborators include the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin.

The summer courses of Ribera del Duero have become a benchmark for the national wine sector. The lectures and conferences that will be given are collected each year in a publication edited by the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin.
