HR STRATEGY - ACTION PLAN
The Healthcare Research Institute of La Paz University Hospital – IdiPAZ, represented by the
Biomedical Research Foundation of La Paz University Hospital – FIBHULP is a private institution in the public setting dependent on the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid.
To date, FIBHULP has had only a limited internal standard for hiring personnel that does not cover all issues included in the HRS4R strategy. It is the institution’s intent to start drafting a Strategic Plan for human resources that covers all points covered in this regulation, establishing the procedures and incorporating the necessary improvements, provided they do not conflict with the directives issued by the Community of Madrid.
