The project was aimed at students of the 2014 generation of English Teaching Diploma. Two months of data collection, carefully analyzing and interpreting each interview. The benefit that would be gained if this situation were to improve, considering that this faculty is part of one of the most important universities in the country, which has quality academic programs and scholarship systems that support the type of students it is aimed at, with capable academics . To be the last chapter, the objectives obtained by this study are mentioned, an evaluation is made based on previous works and actual observations of the phenomenon during the research using voluntary participants, the data collected in absolute discretion hold and in order to answer the research questions and in this way obtain favorable results. Repeat the objectives section in the first chapter which states that, "the aim of the current research is to show the possible problems that cause the dropout in LEI faculty, taking into account the factors that make this phenomenon on a general and influence particular way, with the specific context, the tools used and previous studies, for the reduction of desertion rates, and/or attend currently applied programs that function satisfactorily”.

This type of research must continue in a constant manner, to measure what is the real level that an educational institution has and thus have an updated data of the phenomenon, serving to make changes that improve.
5.1 INTRODUCTION
FINDINGS
Once the study was properly interpreted and evaluated, the following result was achieved. It is concluded that the students of the Language Faculty 2014 generation deserted due to the following possible causes found in this study: socio-economic aspects, family environment, mostly lack of attention from their teachers and very few due to lack of interest in the career. An important percentage was also found in the desertion rate of that generation, which undoubtedly affects the total number of graduates of this faculty compared to the number of students admitted.
Finally, even though there are scholarship programs to help students, they added that they don't have much information about it and when they try, even if they qualify, they can't get anything. 27 A study developed specifically for university dropouts mentioned the relationship that exists between the institution and the student as an important internal factor: When analyzing desertion in the university environment, whether partial or complete, there is a need to include both internal and external factors. to the student, who moves in psychological, economic, sociological dimensions, as well as organizational and interactional dimensions between students and the institution.
