4 RESUMEN Y PALABRAS CLAVE
El presente trabajo muestra el desarrollo de los procesos contables dentro de la empresa Grupo Vida Sol SAC con la implementación del sistema ERP Sap Business One , debido a que la empresa anteriormente tenía un sistema contable, el cual no mostraba la información de manera detalla de los gastos por áreas , el cual era necesario para hacer la comparativa entre el presupuesto establecido y el ejecutado , además debido al crecimiento de la empresa aumento la cantidad de documentos a registrar, las operaciones se volvieron cada vez más complejas se vio en la obligación de adquirir el sistema ERP, el principal objetivo de presente trabajo es comprender de qué manera el sistema ERP impacto en los procesos contables dentro de la empresa Grupo Vida Sol con la implementación del sistema ERP SAP Business One, se incluyó dentro de las políticas del área de contabilidad y finanzas estrategias como : el corte documentario los 25 de cada mes , la recepción de la documentación completa el cual es archivada de manera digital en la base de datos del sistema ERP, el registro de la documentación contable por centro de costos , teniendo como beneficio la visualización de la información en tiempo real teniendo como resultado la oportuna toma de decisiones. Se elaboraron manuales por módulos, en el cual los trabajadores del área tendrán de manera detallada los pasos a seguir para el registro de la información, la capacitación brindada a personal para el uso adecuado del sistema. Para concluir el presente trabajo de suficiencia logro su objetivo de comprender que la implementación del sistema ERP SAP Business One impacto en la mejoría de los procesos contables.

The present work shows the development of the accounting processes within the company Grupo Vida Sol SAC with the implementation of the ERP Sap Business One system, due to the fact that the company previously had an accounting system, which did not show the information in a detailed way of the expenses by areas, which was necessary to make the comparison between the budget and the executed, in addition, due to the growth of the company, the number of documents to be registered increased, the operations became increasingly complex, it was forced to acquire the ERP system, the main objective of this work is to understand how the ERP system impacts the accounting processes within the company Grupo Vida Sol. With the implementation of the SAP Business One ERP system, it is included within the policies of the accounting area and finance strategies such as the documentary court on the 25th of each month, the reception of the complete documentation which is archived in m Digital nature in the database of the ERP system, the registration of the accounting documentation by cost center, having as a benefit the visualization of the information in real-time, resulting in timely decision making. Manuals by modules were prepared, in which the workers in the area will have in detail the steps to follow for the registration of information, and the training provided to personnel for the proper use of the system. To conclude the present sufficiency work, it achieved its objective of understanding that the implementation of the SAP Business One ERP system had an impact on the improvement of accounting processes.
