This study follows a qualitative method, in which the main goal is to identify and explore some of the experiences faced by two female teachers during their professional trajectories as English teachers. The research questions guiding this study are: RQ1- What experiences have these two English teachers faced during their professional trajectories. RQ2- How have these two English teachers solved the challenges they encountered during their professional trajectories.

RQ3- What recommendations do these female English teachers give to inexperienced English teachers (especially female teachers). This research shows the real panorama that female English teachers can face during their course, and despite the time, these challenges continue today.

Statement of the problem

A topic that is important to mention is the insecurity in the country, but it is part of everyday life; Another factor that influences the professional growth of teachers is 'mobbing'. This disrupts the environment of teachers at work because one makes the teacher feel persuaded to let him/her take more work out of his/her responsibilities as well. Finally, the low salary earned by a teacher who, when he goes to work in a private institution, his income is too low and he has to deal with various factors that he is not ready for, but who accepted the job while gaining experience . .

The advantage they can get is that they can choose their work schedule according to their needs, they have the possibility to find another job and thus increase their income. Most new teachers leave their jobs dissatisfied with low pay, student discipline problems, lack of parental and administrative support, unhealthy working conditions, inadequate preparation for the job, and few opportunities to participate in decision-making (Andrews & Martin, 2003; Cochran-Smith, 2004; Darling -Hammond, 2003; Hirsch, 2006; Ingersoll Kent, 2000; Liu & Meyer, 2005 as cited in L Scherff 2008).

The justification of the problem

The research questions

The importance of this research is to explain what are the likely situations that teachers can have and how they can respond to these experiences, through sometimes novice teachers can abandon the process of professional development and decide to make a change of field. Therefore, it is important to present female teachers with all the problems that they may face as part of the professional development to grow in this field.

Overview of the study

The introduction, problem statement, purpose, rationale and research questions for this narrative study have all been presented in this chapter. In addition, the introductory chapter has provided a summary of the research done for this thesis.

But not only preparation to be a teacher is the professional development, because the practice makes the expert teachers and the training during the process allows their goals, although they have prepared for truths of the classroom. For this reason, some experts have created new approaches to cover their needs within the classroom. According to Marcelo (2009), the concept of professional development has recently included a variety of opportunities and formal and informal experiences intended to encourage the growth and evolution of the teacher.

When solving problems, knowledgeable instructors are more attentive to the needs of the task at hand and the social context in which they work. Teenagers are one of the most challenging and complicated groups to work with as a teacher. Compared to groups of children, a teacher needs to get the attention, participation and overall motivation of adolescent students to learn another language.

The use of technology should be understood in so many cases when computers and mobile phones became essential to a person's life, including work. However, whenever possible, the target language as it is used in real situations should be introduced at the start of the lesson. The grammar and vocabulary of the target language is learned through function, situational context and interlocutor's roles (Larsen-Freeman, 2000).

This second method of teaching grammar may conflict with the combination of the grammar translation method and the communicative approach. Teaching English in Mexico has become an important part of a student's curriculum, as some parents migrate for better job opportunities and money; on the other hand, some other students take English for the same reason, but they stay in Mexico. Borjian (2015) mentions that the majority of English teachers in Mexico have learned the language in college, a total of 63%, 34% have formed their English while living in the US, and that 70% of teachers have had the opportunity to traveled to an English-speaking country.

If this perception were such, there would be three possible effects on the efficiency of the educational process. He also argues that although teacher experience is a key factor in creating a teacher's skills, it is part of the definition.

Physical work

2022) states that "This definition is inspired by the need to recognize that teachers can develop expertise and confidence as they gain experience teaching a subject" (p.40) He also argues that although teacher experience is a key factor in establishing a teacher's ability, that is part of the definition. Teachers may gain a more sophisticated, honed, and experience-informed understanding of the task of teaching the subject through practice. Barnard (2018) also argues that teachers gain experience through careful consideration of the nature and meaning of teaching events.

Psychosocial work

Methodology

According to Lehmann (2006) “Qualitative research is a set of techniques in which data is obtained from a relatively small group of respondents” (p. 3). He also argues that the most important technique in qualitative research is the narrative because with this technique the participants can express their beliefs, thoughts and feelings according to their perception. A qualitative narrative approach to research was chosen because the purpose of this project was to identify and explore some of the experiences that two female teachers have been exposed to during their professional career as English teachers.

Narrative records human experiences through the construction and reconstruction of personal stories; it is well suited to addressing issues of complexity and cultural and human focus because of its ability to capture and retell those events that have had the most impact on us.” (p.2). Furthermore, it was important for this study to use a qualitative approach to collect the data from the participants. According to Bell (2002, as cited in Mertova, 2020.) a story is a representation of how life is experienced; therefore it is an objective reconstruction of life.

These narratives were written by the two female participants and their texts were analyzed to obtain data for the research.

Context

Graduate students from the Fenix model had the ability to work with diverse groups of students, from kindergarten through adults. The candidate will be a versatile and flexible teacher, interculturally competent and will handle the English language at an advanced level of agreement. The candidate will also have knowledge and will be able to make differences and similarities between the structure of the mother tongue and the English language; as well as the linguistic, psycho-pedagogical and methodological principles that facilitate teaching-.

The candidate could also have the ability to adopt, adapt, design, use and evaluate teaching materials according to the objectives and the type of students. Finally, the LEMO major (the program) will train teachers to be able to work in the May area without limiting their limits of learning and teaching.

The data gathered from the narratives expressed a better understanding of the participants' trajectories, the contexts in which they had worked, the years of experience and the problems they had faced. The organization of the results follows through the identification of the challenges faced by both participants during their trajectories as English teachers. The purpose of the study is to identify and explore some of the experiences faced by two female teachers during their professional trajectories as English teachers, and the methodology that the researchers used to develop this study was a qualitative method, focused on teachers of English. narratives of trajectories.

By the time of the study, the participants had worked in two different contexts (the rural area of Tlaxcala and the city of Puebla), and the instrument was used to collect the narratives for this study. On the other hand, the experience gained during their trajectories led one of the participants to make a change in the field of work. I decided to look for a new job that was close.. to where I lived and the income will be better.

All results were labeled in each category based on the challenges the two female English teachers faced during their journey. All tables contain the verbatim words with which the teachers shared their experiences. The implications of the findings, the limitations of the study, and the contributions of the study are presented in the next chapter. This chapter presents the answers to the research questions posed for the study and the conclusions of the study.

In this section, the answers to the three research questions are presented, based on the theory, and the discussion is guided by the results of the analysis of the narratives. Miss Rincón's big challenge, as mentioned before, was the group control and the development of the lesson planning in the classroom. This study is based on the narratives of two female teachers, from their beginning years to date.

In conclusion, the results of this research are based on the trajectories of two female teachers whose goal was to develop their teaching skills and follow a dream. Investing time in research was difficult, and all the tasks of the two made it even more difficult.
