NEW OPENINGS FOR GROUP TWO LEADER POSITIONS (Tenure Track)
The Department of Experimental and Health Sciences (http://www.upf.edu/cexs) at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) is strengthening its research interests in the areas of systems biology and microfluidics applied to biomedical research. The UPF is looking for two scientists with primary research interests in any of these areas and invites applications for a tenure-track position. The appointed applicant will lead a new research laboratory and will be involved in the undergraduate teaching duties of the new Biomedical Engineering Degree. Salary and start-up packages will be competitive, commensurate with experience and may include 1-2 laboratory positions. Laboratory space for up to 6 people in the new premises at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB;
http://www.prbb.org) will be also available.
