Call for abstracts
The 2nd International Multidisciplinary Anal Cancer Conference, IMACC2023, will take place in Rome, Italy on 9-10 November. For more information please see the IMACConsortium website. Current activities and highlights in anal cancer research and treatment will be presented at the conference. To register for the conference, please use thisLINK.
We therefore invite all participants to submit an abstract on research activities, clinical trials or treatment. Abstracts on ongoing research projects as well as trials and studies in progress are welcome.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the IMACC Scientific Faculty and a number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations in relevant scientific sessions. All other accepted abstracts will be presented as posters in a dedicated poster session and they will be on display during the conference.
Poster prizes will be awarded to 2 authors who exhibit an excellent presentation of their research. Selection is based on academic content, clear visual presentation and presenter engagement.
The abstract should be submitted no later than 20 September using this LINK.
The abstract text (excluding title, authors and affiliation) has a maximum of 2000 characters including spaces. The submitting author is responsible for oral or poster presentation at the conference.
Abstract guidelines:
Title:Use a maximum of 250 characters.
Authors: List all authors with last name followed by initials and an affiliation number in parenthesis (e.g. Anderson CB (1), Jones A (2), Smith J (1,2)).
Affiliation:Affiliation number in parenthesis–(1) Department, Institution, City, Country.
Abstract text: Preferably structured in Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, and Conclusions. Use maximum 2000 characters including spaces.
It is not possible to include figures or tables.
