RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Incorporación del Tipo Penal de Agresiones en Contra de las Mujeres o Integrantes del Grupo Familiar; sus Efectos sobre la Prevención del Delito en el Segundo Despacho de Investigación de la Tercera Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de Cusco en el año 2017”, se realizó con el objetivo de conocer y analizar la incorporación de este tipo penal a nuestro ordenamiento jurídico (código penal) mediante el Decreto Legislativo 1323 y su aplicación en el Ministerio Público, es así que tomamos como muestra el Segundo Despacho de Investigación de la Tercera Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de Cusco asimismo, determinaremos la eficacia de la incorporación de este nuevo tipo penal y determinaremos si cumplió con su finalidad de prevención y erradicación de los índices de violencia familiar.
En el desarrollo de la presente tesis, analizamos la problemática, para los operadores de justicia con la dación de este tipo penal, con esta investigación se comprobó los objetivos planteados en la tesis, otorgando conclusiones que servirán para futuros trabajos de investigación que abarquen una mayor población.

ABSTRACT
The present research work entitled "Incorporation of the Criminal Type of Aggression against Women or Family Group Members; its Effects on the Prevention of Crime in the Second Investigation Office of the Third Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Cusco in 2017 ", was carried out with the objective of knowing and analyzing the incorporation of this criminal type into our legal system (criminal code ) through Legislative Decree 1323 and its application in the Public Prosecutor's Office, so we take as sample the Second Investigation Office of the Third Provincial Criminal Prosecutor's Office of Cusco, we will determine the effectiveness of the incorporation of this new criminal type and we will determine if met its purpose of prevention and eradication of family violence rates.
In the development of the present thesis, we will analyze the problem, for the justice operators with the incorporation of this criminal type, throughout the present investigation will verify the objectives set out in the thesis, granting conclusions that will serve for future research works that cover a larger population.
