RESUMEN
La tesis presenta los fundamentos más importantes que permiten demostrar la importancia y la conveniencia para el país de la participación de la Marina de Guerra del Perú en Operaciones Multinacionales contra amenazas diferentes a la guerra como el terrorismo internacional, el tráfico ilícito de drogas y la pesca ilegal, todas ellas referidas al ámbito marítimo, y de esta manera contribuir al desarrollo del sector marítimo y comercial de nuestro país.
Se determina el impacto económico y social de estos ilícitos, las limitaciones existentes y las propuestas para el accionar de la Marina de Guerra del Perú para hacer frente a estos actos delictivos en su campo de competencia y mediante la participación en Operaciones Multinacionales.

ABSTRACT
The thesis depicts the most important foundations that enables to show the importance and the convenience for the country on the participation of the Peruvian Navy in Multinational Operations against threats different to war such as international terrorism, drug dealing, and illegal fishery, all of them referred to the maritime environment, and thus contributing to the development of the maritime and trading sector of our country.
The economic and social impact of these illegal activities, the existing boundaries and the proposals for the action of the Peruvian Navy to face these criminal acts on its field of competency and through the participation in Multinational Operations are determined.
