HOW TO GET FROM FIRA DE BARCELONA TO UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE CATALUNYA By underground train (metro)

The easiest way to reach the UPC from Fira de Barcelona is via the recently opened Metro line 9 Sud. The journey to the UPC takes approximately 25 minutes. Participants must take the metro at Fira station and stop at Zona Universitària station. From there, they have an 8 minute-walk to the UPC venue.

By bus

Another way to reach the UPC from Fira de Barcelona is by bus (V1). The journey to the UPC takes approximately 48 minutes. Participants must take the bus at Av. Joan Carles I - Botànica and go to Zona Universitària stop. From there, they have a 6 minute-walk to the UPC venue.

HOW TO GET FROM CITY CENTRE TO UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE CATALUNYA By underground train (metro)

There is a direct metro connection from the city centre to the UPC (L3). The journey to the UPC takes approximately 28 minutes. Participants must take the metro at Plaça Catalunya station and stop at Zona Universitària station. From there, they have an 8 minute-walk to the UPC venue.

By bus

Bus 67 goes directly from Plaça de Catalunya to Zona Universitària every 15 minutes. The entire trip takes approximately 30 minutes.

However, there are many buses that go from the city centre to Zona Universitària, we recommend consulting Google Maps in order to know the nearest one to the participants’ accommodation.

By taxi

Please check the fares and charges visible inside the passenger side of the taxi and make sure the meter is being used.
