Aerial mapping was done using the coordinate system WGS84 and the scale is coming out at 1:1,134 How do I convert this into a single box scale format in meters.

I would set the project projection to Wgs84 utm zone - whatever your zone is - to make sure your scale will be correct. Set the scale in the map composer window under map item, properties, scale.

Thanks but it's set at wgs84 and I don't know how to change it to a meter scale. Is there a formula for the conversion.

Go via the file > project properties > coordinate reference system and search for wgs84 utm (and what ever your utm zone is).
