I put an layer from csv format file which contain latitude and longitude coordinates sets.

But as you see in screen captured pic, it is little off from road when I put on map.

So I just moved it little bit by using editing mode.

I wonder that after I move it to fit the map, can I extract parameter formula of (coordinate system)?

I wanna make custom coordinate system parameter.

Thank you for everyone, have a nice day :-)

For layer little off, I think it is not from the coordinates system, too close. Can be the image use first and not well georeferenced or the coordinates haven't been fully export. Can have more explanation.

they have the same geoid? Most use WGS84, but there are others around.

I would check the source of the csv file and how it was generated. If captured by gps there can be numerous errors (once had 3 gps units differing by 300m due to different datums). Next, test the accuracy of the base layer. Most important is you need to import the csv with the datum it was captured, otherwise reprojecting will never work
