Guys, just look at his profile. He has posted this ad so so so so many times. He is just (simply)collecting the resume. When you send him the resume he is not going to reply even. If hes really looking for the candidate than hes gonna post the position on indeed zip or may be on dice instead of facebook. Person with atleast one year of experience would never apply for a position posted on a facebook. So I would say do not entertain this type of ad.
