Cashback promotion terms and conditions
1. The promoter is Speech Processing Solutions GmbH, Gutheil-Schoder-Gasse 8–12, 1100 Vienna, Austria.
2. This offer is only available for purchases of the applicable products listed within this cashback promotion.
3. The offer is valid on purchases between 1 July 2015 and 31 December 2018 (inclusive). The closing date for receipt of applications is 31 January 2019 (inclusive).
4. The promotion only applies to products which have been supplied and distributed by Speech Processing Solutions GmbH for sale in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America.
5. The promotion only applies to products purchased from an authorized retailer.
6. All applicants must be aged 18 or over and must be resident in one of the following countries:

7. This promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished/reconditioned or counterfeit stock (including parallel traded stock).
8. The products included in this promotional offer are subject to availability while stocks last.
Failure of resellers to fulfil orders of promotional products over the promotional period is not the responsibility of Speech Processing Solutions GmbH.
9. Claims must be submitted by fully and correctly completing a claim form online, at www.dictation.
philips.com/dock. The following items will be required to complete your claim:
• Proof of purchase in the form of a legible copy of the retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the product name and date of purchase. Online order confirmation is not acceptable.
• Specify a valid product serial number of a Philips Pocket Memo voice recorder 6000 or 7000 in your possession. Only one claim per serial number can be made.
• Applicants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of processing your claim, please contact us at info@
speech.com.
10. This offer will be redeemed directly through Speech Processing Solutions GmbH and under no circumstances by the reseller.
11. The promotion is only available to the original purchaser. Claims by businesses or individuals who make bulk purchases (being more than 10 promotional products during the promotional period) will not be eligible to enter this promotion.
12. This cashback offer is subject to continuous ownership of the product(s) purchased. Resellers are excluded from this offer. Speech Processing Solutions GmbH reserves the right to recall/cancel payment if the product is returned/resold.
13. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.
14. Applicants will receive cashback in the amounts and currencies listed within this cashback promotion.
15. In the United States of America and Canada this offer will be fulfilled by prepaid Visa or MasterCard card. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided. Speech Processing Solutions GmbH will endeavor to issue your prepaid card within 40 days from receipt of application.
16. In Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Speech Processing Solutions GmbH will arrange for a direct BACS transfer payment to the applicant’s bank account. No alternative arrangement will be entered into and no cash or cheque will be provided. Speech Processing Solutions GmbH will endeavor to transfer via BACS within 40 days of receipt of a complete and valid claim. Only one BACS payment will be issued per valid claim. Fees for conversion into local currency and transaction fees are borne by the applicant.

18. If you are VAT registered and you receive a cashback, it may reduce the taxable value of your purchase and so you may need to reduce your input tax accordingly.
19. The promoter reserves the right to verify any application, including but not limited to name and address.
Speech Processing Solutions GmbH reserves the right to reject claims if it suspects fraudulent activity.
Applications that do not comply with the terms and conditions or applicants found to be abusing the promotion in any way will have all their claims declared void. Speech Processing Solutions GmbH’s decisions in relation to the promotion are final.
20. The promoter may pass your details on to a third party for handling and fulfilment purposes for this offer only.
21. Where circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter make the promotion unviable, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details.
