Notice is hereby given that the Chair of the Environmental Review Advisory Committee has called a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Via Teams.
Due to the Open Meetings Law and notice requirements, the regularly scheduled meeting is being called as a Special Meeting due to the location of the meeting
changing to a virtual meeting. Virtual meeting registration information is provided below.

1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. VIRTUAL MEETING GUIDELINES:
a. Please keep your microphones muted.
b. Other attendees will be automatically set to mute and must hit the "raise a hand" button to be called on by the Chair during the period for public input.
c. Use the chat function if microphones fail or for connectivity issues

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Consideration of the May 12th, 2022, minutes and June 9th, 2022 minutes.
5. APPROVE CALENDAR AND LOCATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS
a. The State of Emergency allowing for remote meetings expires on August 15th.
Work is being done to enable future remote meetings BUT in the interim ERAC needs to resume meetings in person. Vote to approve meetings at 6:30pm on the second
Thursday of month until, and including, December 2022 at the Performance Building Conference Room.
6. PUBLIC INPUT SESSION: Speakers limited to three minutes each.

b. Climate Change Advisory Committee liaison update c. Tree Protection Working Group
