AECOM will send to Town of Cary, NCDOT and CSX as applicable for CSXT maintenance takeover and NCDOT maintenance takeover of the bridge and road. Submissions/shop drawings will be submitted according to Section 2000 of the project manual and as deemed specific for traffic signals, geotechnical and structures in other areas of the project manual. THE COMBINED LOWEST SUM OF THE TOTAL BASE BID PRICE AND THE COMBINED LOWEST SUM OF THE TOTAL BID ALTERNATE #1 PRICE

The Bidder, as part of the procedure for submitting Bids for the Project, shall submit to the Engineer the following list of “Subcontractors” for use in the execution of the work to be carried out on the Project. It is understood and agreed that, if a Contract is awarded, the Bidder will not make any additions, deletions or substitutions to this certified list without the consent of the Engineer and the Owner. The Bidder shall, as part of the procedure for submitting Bids for the Project, submit the following list of Manufacturers of Equipment/Materials to be used in the execution of the work to be carried out on the Project.

The list of manufacturers and all equipment/materials must be based on the requirements in the contract documents. The Bidder acknowledges that the Statement of Organization and Authority, like the other documents attached hereto, constitutes an integral part of the proposal, and the Bidder acknowledges that the Owner will rely on the information contained therein in reviewing the proposal and awarding a contract. The Bidder further agrees that the Owner may withhold the amounts specified in the Contract from the amount of compensation that the Bidder is required to pay the Bidder under the terms of the Contract for each day that the Work remains incomplete and/or unsatisfactory after completion. date(s) specified in the notice to proceed.

This amount is agreed upon as the proper measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will incur per day by the failure of the Bidder to complete the work within the stipulated time, and shall not in any sense be construed as a penalty . This is a bid subject to the provisions of section 3 of chapter 44A of the North Carolina General Statutes. The condition of the above obligation is such that while the Principal has submitted a certain Bid Proposal, attached hereto, to the OWNER and has hereby made a part thereof to enter into a Contract in writing for the construction of:.

The Offeror agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices that provide for the provisions of the non-discrimination clause. The Offeror shall, in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Offeror, state that all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. In the event of non-compliance by the Bidder with the non-discrimination clauses of the contract or with any of these rules, regulations or orders, the contract may be cancelled, terminated or suspended in whole or in part and the bidder may be declared ineligible for further contracts with the OWNER.

Bidder shall incorporate the provisions of this Addendum into any subcontract or purchase order, unless exempted by rules, regulations or orders of OWNER, so that such provisions shall be binding upon each Subcontractor or vendor. The submitted financial statement must clearly demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Owner, the current financial position of the Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to request additional information regarding the Bidder's financial responsibility before awarding the Contract.

This provision is binding on the successors and assigns of the contracting parties in relation to the subject matter of the contract. As a condition for placing the order, the provider must conclude and deliver an official contract with the owner and submit the required provider's performance and payment guarantees within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery of this notice. to you.
