The Bidder, as part of the procedure for submitting Bids for the Project, shall submit to the Engineer the following list of “Subcontractors” for use in the execution of the work to be carried out on the Project. It is understood and agreed that, if a Contract is awarded, the Bidder will not make any additions, deletions or substitutions to this certified list without the consent of the Engineer and the Owner. The Bidder shall, as part of the procedure for submitting Bids for the Project, submit the following list of Manufacturers of Equipment/Materials to be used in the execution of the work to be carried out on the Project.
The list of manufacturers and all equipment/materials must be based on the requirements in the contract documents. The Bidder acknowledges that the Statement of Organization and Authority, like the other documents attached hereto, constitutes an integral part of the proposal, and the Bidder acknowledges that the Owner will rely on the information contained therein in reviewing the proposal and awarding a contract.
